Adobe Not Working On My Surface Pro 4 Windows 10 i5

I have a Microsoft surface pro 4 and have had an issue opening every app from adobe except for lightroom. I wiped my computer and restarted it completely and once it booted back up I downloaded the software again and it started working. But for some reason it stopped all of a sudden. I attempt to open photoshop but it crashes when I try to create a new file or open an image. Opening an image in Lightroom it works just fine, my surface is only a few weeks old. I have no idea what else to do. I have run the adobe cleanup tool several times and still nothing at all. Thanks in advance for any help given!
