Question

After successful installing CS6 on a compatible platform Mojave on a new PC, activation fails.

Hi. It seems that the server from Adobe has changed address. Online and offline activation for CS6 with a stand alone licence, valuable key, is no more possible.

What to do?

Thanks for support.

Kind regards Thomas.

I have been trying to reload CS6 Design Standard on to a 10.12 OSX after erasing the disk to clean up other issues. It will not now activate. I have also tried to deactivate the other copy on my other computer and it will also not permit this. So - anybody know how I can get the activation to work??

"Seems to work" doesn't mean "compatible". But this is a detail. What exactly happens for you - "no more possible" could cover many possibilities. Please share messages in full.

After the installation from a disc you should do the registration with your key. Then the software try to connect with the internet. It comes the message, that your connection don't work, what is wrong. Online activation doesn't work. If you try the offline activation the site to announce your intention doesn't existe. But updates are still available e.g. Bridge for CS6, Camera raw. Only the full download was corrupted.

It worked with Mojave up to now. Compatible with 32 bit software. Intel chip as well.
