Can a single credit card associate different Plans on different accounts

hello i'm interested in buy a plan called  "creative cloud for students" i saw the offer on my university mail, i was going in the last step but ask me for a credit card actuality don't have one, so i was thiking to ask a trusted friend to lend his credit card for doing the finalstep, i was wondering if there's a problem with that, also he wanted to buy other plan in the future and he don't want a problem for had a credit card associate with the my account, can both accounts co-existing with a single credit card?
