Creative Cloud not installing

I have been having issues with fonts not downloading to CC. As a last resort I chose to do a fresh install of CC to see if that resolved the issue. However, it seems to have made things worse. CC wont reinstall at all. It downloads fine and prgresses through the install page, before saying it will now open CC. The installer closes and then nothing. Any idea how I can get it working again?

Using Macbook Pro with M1 Max proceesor.

No. I uninstalled the CC App itself. The individual apps are still on my computer and luckily still working fine.

Ok, if the migration assistant was not used on this computer, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html for steps you can take to reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, Andrew.

If you used the migration assistant to copy applications and documents to the new computer, you will want to download and run the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html instead. Then, use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove all currently installed Adobe software.  This process will also remove the Intel applications and components copied to the computer by the migration assistant.

Once all Adobe applications have been removed, you can then use the process in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to install the Universal versions of the Creative Cloud applications and components.

Andrew, the MacBook Pro you are using is relatively new. Did the Creative Cloud application ever work on this computer? Also, what process did you use to set up the MacBook Pro with M1 Max Processor?

Yes. I had it installed, although it wasn't allowing me to download/show any fonts.

Can you elaborate then on what you mean by a fresh install of Creative Cloud, Andrew?  Did you use the included uninstallers discussed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html to remove the software?
