Creative cloud will not install after using Apple Migration Assistant to transfer to new Mac

I used Migration Assistant to transfer apps to a new Mac. Creative Cloud threw an error. I used uninstaller to remove Creative Cloud app, then downloaded new version from Adobe site. When attempting to install, the Creative Cloud installer crashes before installation occurs.

I then launched an app, was told I need to register it. So I logged into my account, turned off all prior installations on other Mac. My apps now work. However, I still cannot install the Creative Cloud desktop app (same behavior occurs).

I'm using the latest version of Yosemite on a Mac PowerBook.

The link doesn't work. Is there another cleaning tool?
