CS5 on MAC keeps crashing. Support said they would help and didn't.

I have tried.

Going and updating my CS5 with error messages.

Then talking to chat.

They told me to redownload and they would also change my password.

I DL it.

I go to install it and I get that it can't open and locate the .dmg file.

I have read forums, I have looked for help and can't find it. I was told there is nobody to call and get help that I would have to click in the forums.

    Support finished years ago so Adobe won't help. We might be able to help, so long as you aren't trying to install on a new Mac or recent Mac OS. What system do you have, and what is your EXACT message?
