Download and install Photoshop Elements 8

I have followed the instructions to download Photoshop Elements 8. The product is registered. 

First the zip-file and then the .exe-file. Got the message not found on the .exe-file. https://trials.adobe.com/dlm.html?files=https://trials.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/legacy/99CABBAC-C975-4A06-8D99-064C6871EE80/PSE/PhotoshopElements_8_LS8.exe

I attached a document with some printscreens to describe the problem.
