Elements 13 not loading up using appstore version and El Capitan

When I open the app I get a message saying "Please do not launch this application from within this Application Package. Instead, please launch Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13 from your Applications folder." I do this and get the same error. I have reinstalled after deleting adobe files etc suggested by Adobe but it still wont work. HELP!

    Hi DJFlynn666,

    I would recommend uninstalling the product and then reinstalling it - Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
