erreur lors de l'ouverture d'acrobat et illustrator

Bonjour, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir Acrobat et Illustrator de mon abonnement adobe suite. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé la créatrice cloud, acrobate et Illustrator sans succès. Le message d'erreur est 205. Que l'application rencontre une erreur et ne peut s'ouvrir !

As you get error 205, please follow the steps shared by @kglad.

    Thanks, but I do this before and nothing. Illustrator and accrobat dont't start.
