Error 44 when installing Adobe Creative Cloud

After the install bar reaches 100% an Error message shows up. Picture below.

System Information: Windows 10 64bit

I am using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission.

Hi! I tried you method you gave me and it still showed the same thing.

The results after the installation is still the same, when I came across uninstalling it with the download you provided me it told me the uninstall was completed with errors.
