ERROR : win32 API error 126

Hi,

I'm having issues launching lightroom.

I've reinstalled the whole creative cloud suite yesterday and can launch lightroom classic but not lightroom cloud. When starting I have two error message.

I've check similar issues on the forum but neither solution advised worked for me.

It's a big deal since I have a lot of photo work ahed of me.

If someone have a real solution (other than formating the whole HDD)
