help!

Question

My licensed Adobe Creative Suite 6 (teacher edition software) will not install! After giving my production code a new pop up window keeps asking me to get connected with internet, but the connection with the world wide web is already there. Renewing the try has no effect and try to make a connection on a later date (within 7 days validating the software) get me nowhere.

Validating within seven days is essential for not validating will make the software unusable.

So...WHAT TO DO? WHO TO CONTACT?

adobe doesn't support cs6, so contacting them is a ladt resort.

what's your os?

your default browser must support tls 1.2, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
