How to check software is genuine and legitimate?

Hello all adobe forum users   hoping someone out there can help me???

I'm in the market for a new / second hand laptop and during my search I discovered a laptop for sale...

and they say that it has "Adobe CS6 Master Collection FULL Genuine and Activated"

So when I go to view the laptop is there any way to confirm that it is indeed the genuine, legitimate version?

Anything else I need to know or should consider?
