Tried to update CR to latest.  I don't believe it generated an error message... BUT it is not installed at all, Bridge does not show it as an option, and now PS also won't boot up saying it can't find certain files. (I realize I am not being hugely specific, not sure what details matter.)  I found a log file that indicates the installation could not find a GPUGPU Init Status (part 1): I1_FailedGPU3 Hard Status Result (part 1): fail_no_gpu2GPU3 Soft Status Result (part 1)(I have one, but it's the Intel integrated one rather than a free-standing one.) I would not mind going back to my previous CR/PS versions... I am left with nothing! HELP!

I am almost quiting my Adobe subscription because it has the WORST customer support i have ever seen!!I seems to be a completely deaf company that sends it's customers around in circles trying to find a direct contact in their site.My IMAC 2020 is always rebooting everytime i open Photoshop 2021. I have contacted Apple and they say Adobe has already admited to be something related with Photoshop. They forwarded me some workaround that Adobe sent to another person but it didn't solve the problem. How can i fix this please?Thanks

I don't know where to put this so i'm just putting it here. a @17752475  is trying to ask me to email the "adobe help email" and that he is part of the "offical adobe helper team". he is not part of the staff, and the email he sent me is an outlook email. so obviously, something aint right. Please assist me

Hi, I'm soon to be purchasing a copy of CS6 apps from a 3rd party, and I needed to know if the activation servers are still up for me to use. (Also, no, I don't want you to tell me to buy CC, subscription models are hell for me.)

Hello,I am trying to install adobe creative cloud on my mac pc which was just updated in mac os big sur but i had this issue in mac os catalina. So the problem is that after i open the installer it tells me to type in my pc password and after that it redirects me in a chrome page that says i am now signed in and it keeps doing this all the time.I ve tried many resolves but nothing worked.Could anyone help me with the issue?Any help would me much appreciated.

Windows 7I was working in Capture One and went to open some raw files in Photoshop.  Photoshop started to open then warnings about missing DLL files came up.  I shut everything down and tried it directly from the Start menu.  Same issues, DLL files.  I ended up tracking down each DLL file it said was missing (api-ms-win-core... 10 total), placing them into Windows and still loads up initializing screen and then goes to crash report which I've attached.I ended up deleting everything Adobe, running the Adobe CC cleaner, restarting, completely fresh.  Reinstalled CC, installed Photoshop, same crash screen. I have to think this has to do with the .dll files then, either missing, corrupt, wrong ones or? Please help, I'm very late on a deadline!  thanks.

A gente tenta usar softwares originais, mas, é um péssimo serviço que a Adobe oferece aos assinantes ou a quem está fazendo testes de seus produtos.Meu teste termina hoje, 19/12/20, já recebi notificação do meu cartão a tentativa de desconto, sendo que eu já havia cancelado.Chat não funciona e a central de ajuda não tem sido últil para este problema.Horrível! Que péssima experiência.Agora, não consigo cancelar isso.

I'm using macOS El Capitan 10.11.6 and in the adobe's site its compatible for creative cloud. I can download dmg file and ı can install too. But when ı want to open creative cloud, its suddenly stop and quit. Do you know how to download creative cloud older versions?

My iMac is from 2007 and cannot run a newer system than OS X 10.10.5 and I since 2014 used CS6 photoshop and Indesign. Two days ago my harddisk broke and I have installed a new. And now I cannot get older versions of photoshop and Indesign from my Adobe acccount or can I? The Creative Cloud App also cannot run om my mac.

What it could mean?

Bisher hatte ich Lightroom Version 6. Habe jetzt das Abo abgeschlossen und vorher meinen MAC auf 10.15 Catalina upgedatet. Wenn ich den Creative Cloud Client installieren möchte, hängt dieser bei 5 %. Die Creative Cloud App bleibt bei 21,5 % hängen. Ich habe auch schon die Firewall ausgeschaltet und es noch mal versucht, geht aber auch nicht. Auch habe ich das Lightroom + Photoshop-Installationsprogramm direkt gestartet, dann kommt der Fehlercode 1. Auf meinem Windows-Notebook hat es einwandfrei funktioniert (hier allerdings kein Update sondern eine Neuinstallation). Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?

[ALL CAPS removed by moderator.]   Help, I'm trying to download Photoshop, Premier, After Effects but I always have the error 127.  I already tried to set the hotspot on my cellphone but it didn't work. *sorry for the caps, i was writing the text and in the middle i noticed that i was using caps lol.

Hello there,I am having trouble installing the actual Creative Cloud installer and any other apps won't install either. I have also recently updated my Mac OS to Catalina and primarily use Safari - if this has any significance. I have removed my previous Adobe apps (CS6 - wasn't compatible and wasn't available to download). I'm growing increasingly frustrated and I am not sure what to do at this point. I have tried following similar posts instructions. Regardless, if this post passes the moderators of community guidelines, I would be forever thankful for advice and possible solutions. I've included a screenshot. Thank you again. 

I installed Windows10 to get the latest Photoshop update and I ended up deleting the old version of Photoshop... Now I can't open the new version because it says it's linked to the old one.

I'm running a few Adobe apps on my macbook pro, m1, with 8gb ram. Premier performance isn't great at all, and I can't run Illustrator without it crashing/freezing constantly.Would it be beneficial to return this macbook, and instead get an Intel based macbook pro, i5, with 16 gb of ram?I don't want to return this macbook, and then a week later have Adobe update their apps to natively run on Rosetta. But I love adobe suite and need it to work appropriately.

I am using a PowerMac Pro with os10.6.8. I installed Adobe CS4 & CS5 production premium in this computer. Both products were purchased years ago with discs (box version). Few weeks ago, something wrong with the adobe CS5. I then try to uninstall the CS5 but the alias uninstaller can't run, as it prompted that no original application can be found. There are Adobe CS5 folders left in m computer which may cause the CS4 version can't be installed. The indtallation stuck/stop when it finish around 30% and show installing the Adobe AIR.  Please help to advise how can I reinstall and activate the CS4 as well as the CS5 with the original discs.Also how can I delete the left Adobe folder from my computer? 

I've been trying to download Lightroom for a couple of days now and I'm continuing to run into problems. I was sent the Zip files containing everything I need to download lightroom for my class but I'm being told that one of my files, "HDCore.pima", is corrupt. I've been trying to repair this file for some time now with no success so any help would be appreciated. ! C:\Users\amosk\Downloads\LightroomClassic-WIN64.zip: Checksum error in Build\ASU_4.9\packages\ACC\HDCore\HDCore.pima. The file is corrupt! I am trying to install the CC Desktop App. It works until it gets to 50.5% and then it stops. It gives no error message or anything. I have tried to reinstall and repair it, but the same thing always happens. Not sure what to do, any thoughts?

If I click on the help link that goes nowhere one more time I think I am seriously going to loose it!!New user and comoletely frustrated.I am simply trying to contact the real live help from real live people option but when I click the link it says to sign in.  When I sign in there are no additonal options for support.  Every supoprt article takes me back to this page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html not sure if it will show up here but nowhere on that page can I see any options to access any help options.  I do not have a monthly plan.  I just paid for the software.  Is there not support available.?????This is a great program and I like it but frusting not be able to access any help.

Creative Cloud and a set of Adobe apps were running fine until an attempt to install the latest update caused "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000013).  I suspect this is associated with running Windows 7... what to do?  Is there a way to roll back to the previous Creative Cloud .exe and stay with that, no more updates!, until I move everything onto a Windows 10 PC?Thanks for your help... ;-)>
