Installing PS 2018 On A 1.6GHZ System

I would like to try Photoshop 2018, but the update function in my 2017 PS menu does not show this as a possibility, for me. Is there a direct download link available? I am running Windows 10, and my processor might be a bit slow, but I am determined to try.

I have a subscription to PS only, not to CC or any of the other Adobe products.

Intel Celeron 1.6GHZ

4 GB memory

Windows 10, 64 bit

The reason for wanting this is that several of the tools that appear in the menus shown in the on-line tutorials are not included in the 2017 version of PS--Curvature Pen Tool, for example.

It meets all specs but speed. And, as mentioned, it is running smoothly. I would still like to try 2018, if there is a URL where I can obtain it.
