Photoshp Licens Problem

Hallo,

 

nach einem Festplatten-Crash auf meinem Mac, musste ich mein altes lizensiertes PS CS6 über ein Backup auf einen anderen Mac überspielen. Leider wird mir nun eine PS Extended 30 Tage Testversion geöffnet, obwohl mein PS auf mich registriert ist.

Wenn ich versuche die Soaftware beim Start zu lizensieren, wird meine Adobe ID (mit der ich mich hier problemlos einloggen konnte) nicht akzeptiert.

Was tun?

    Mac migration and time machine do not work with some programs due to hidden/encrypted registration files that are not copied

     

    You must do a fresh install from your disc or the download you did when you purchased the program

     

    As far as a password problem, my understanding is that when installing on a Mac you are being asked for your Mac password to prove to the operating system that you have permission
