Photshop Elements could not be installed

I purchased PSE 2019, Doenload worked and I tried to install Pse afterwards several time. Afte a few seconds I got an error message window with error Code 103 saying PSE could nnot be installed. On Adobe web sitte the only hint is restart installation.

I tried to install several time but only this error message appears.

Do you have any ideas what is going wrong here?

    OK, Detlevg69742597, then I would recommend you make a backup of whatever installation files you did end up using to install Photoshop Elements 2019.

    Hi Jeff, yes, it is installed now, thanks for your support. Nevertheless the Download link from Adope points to a Version which is not installable on my PC.

    Hi Jeff,

    thwre is an older Photoshop and Acrobat Reader installed on my PC.  I found a page where i can download a small exe file which runs install process as download on demand. this one works.

    The link you provided causes the same erro message.

    Hi Jeff, Thanks for your help, I am using Windows 10 with the latest Patch Level,  Intel core i5 Quad Core and 32GB RAM.

    Thanks for the screenshot, Detlevg69742597.  Error 103 indicates the installer was invoked with invalid parameters.  What other Adobe software is currently installed on the Windows 10 computer?

    Please try download and installing Photoshop Elements 2019 directly from Download Photoshop Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15 to see if the same error occurs.

    Detlevg69742597 sorry to hear you are facing Error 103 while installing Photoshop Elements 2019.  What operating system are you installing Photoshop Elements on?
