Ps install through CC keeps failing! Help

Every time I try to download Photoshop through the CC platform on my Macbook (OS Ventura 13.2.1), the installation fails. I don't even get an error message... I just can't get it to work. It's been very circular. Lightroom download + install, however, was fine. Any ideas?
