Remove license from account
Is it possible to remove a registered license from your adobe id without transferring it to another user?

Well i have a friend who wants to sell his CS6 Master Collection, instead of using a license transfer wouldnt it be alot easier to remove the license from his adobe id and just register it to a new account?
Perhaps. I'm sure we've all got our own ideas of what should be easiest.
But Adobe has a well established process for license transfers
