Trying to fix Applications not licensed to be deactivated

I´m working on someone elses computer, so don´t know full history. Have a Mac laptop running high sierra(10.13.6¨)..  Mac is early 2011 and at moment she can´t afford to upgrade. So after a system re-install to clean out the garbage, done by tech, who installed all software, before I was involved , she started receiving  messages from adobe that unlicensed software was being used and would be deactivated. So she bought a creative cloud all the apps license. The apps seem to be licensed now,(PS,Al, ID) all showing in Creative Cloud. But she  is still receiving the deactivation message and is worried that soon she will be unable to work. After licensing why would she still be receiving these messages?

because the adobe apps were migrated to her computer instead of being properly installed.

she should backup her data

reset her computer to its new state

update her os

install the appropriate cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install her cc programs/trials

Thanks for the reply. I have creative cloud installed fine on machine. New download from Adobe. This Creative Cloud shows all downloadable apps are incompatible. But the existing Intel versions of PS, ID, and AI 2020 show up as licensed and wanting to be updated. Even tho on install Creative Cloud said there were no com-atible updates. So question is does the link to this older Creative Cloud you indicated somehow provide older versions of the software?
