Unable to download/install Creative Cloud/ Premiere Pro

So I just today bought the subscription to creative cloud because I can't purchase premiere pro by itself. And I get home, download it and try and download premiere pro as well as after effects. They instantly crash when I try and open both programs. So I chat with the help line thing and he does a bunch of stuff to my computer, tries again and then it doesn't work. He restarts my computer and  I loose him, i try downloading creative cloud and now that won't even download correctly on my computer and it wont open and says it needs to repair itself. This is honestly so frustrating, especially for how much money went into this for it to not work.
