How do I get my CS4 to work on my current MAC using 10.10.5?  I have been unable to access hidden files are do anything within the operating system itself.  That is beyond my capabilities.  Adobe appears to have abandoned most products that don't include a subscription.  Can I hire somebody to do it?

afaik, problems caused by an os/program incompatibility so severe it's triggering a power pc error are not solvable with unless the os or program version changes.

you can expect some (or a lot of) problems because that apple didn't make its newer os'es compatible with older software.

that said, what problem are you having?

I started getting some sort of licensing error on my old MacBook.  My new MacBook just gives me a "PowerPC applications" no longer run here or something like that.  I tried going through some of the suggested steps to correct that but it appears to be way above my pay grade.
