why can't i download the free trial for adobe after effects?

i can't find it in creative cloud and when i tried to download it from the website itself it said "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support."

i really need it asap

i tried downloading it from another site but it didn't go well

That MAY be a false error that is hiding the actual problem... a 32bit computer

You MUST have a 64bit computer and operating system... what is your computer?
