Hello, As the subject states.  I'd like to know if the latest version of Dreamweaver supports debugging PHP script via XDebug.  I want to set break points in my code so that I can do things like debugging line by line, view the values of variables, and logic flow.  I'm using Xampp on Windows 10 Pro, as my web server. TIA, grecinos

I have been unable to set eslint to recognize public class fields. I set ecmaversion to 6 in the eslintrc.js, and I also tried deleting the file and set version to 6 in the site configuration and I still get an error with code like: class MyClass {var1 = 5...Any idea? 

Your wizards did really good this time.Every file open or save takes forever. For example, the last file save took 40 seconds. Before this update, they were almost instantaneous.I closed Dreamweaver and reopened it. The first file open took 7 minutes.Something is really royally messed up. Can we get Macromedia back?

Trying to upload files in Dreamweaver: Menu - Site - Put. get an error message ' Macintosh HD: Users:shared: Previously Relocated Items:Security:MOJUK:_notes:dwsync.xml was not found' Have used another app to upload using the same settings, no problem. Can anyone help, Thanks, John O

Hey guys,I upload my index.html file which is made in Dreamweaver, HTML5, to my server and it gives me the "403" error. Then I copy and paste the same code but with a file that I made in my server panel, index.html, it works like a charm! does anybody have any clue as to what's happening?Cheers. 

Been working all morning with no problems, now Dreamweaver crashes 2 minutes after opening.  I have tried now on two computers, both upgraded to the 2020 version recently but I have no trouble until just this morning.  No other updates on either machine.  In fact, I hadn't used on laptop for days and then tried when Desktop started crashing and then same issue on laptop. I am on Windows.  I am at a complete loss. Any thoughts?

Hi Guys,I am having an issue with some mp4 videos, it shows a blank white screen but plays the audio. If I play the video direct in Windows it works fine.The code is:<div class="embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9"><video controls="controls" ><source src="../Media/MyVideo.mp4" type="video/mp4"></video></div>I have attached a screen shot as well, anyone have any idea as to what is happning, it is only on some videos that I have edited and shrunk the file sizes.  But as I said they paly outside Dreamweaver OK.Regards,Dave G

Old versions of color coding worked in such that comments within comments color coded based on the matching end.  Now it looks like it only matches until any matching end no matter if it is not really the paired end. Among the many surprises I found in the new DW (including Live view and Live code being on by default, apparently) I discovered that my carefully edited code coloring in CSS (and possibly in HTML and PHP, but I haven't got that far) has been completely scrambled.I followed the tutorial on how to change the colors by editing the Theme's main.less.css file, which I guess it's barely sufferable but Ok. One thing I haven't been able to affect so far is the code coloring of the @media statements.Old Dreamweaver by default colored @media statements and its closing tag with a dark brown, bold font. Beside that I got used to it, it made my life a lot easier and kept errors down because I really couldn't miss the @media visually. PLEASE bring back the old code colour options we had before Dreamweaver 2017.I've even noticed that the old color files are still buried within the app folder, so why on earth can't we use them?For loyal customers like me who have been using the same colour scheme for many years (since Dreamweaver 1), it's a huge blow to suddenly lose what we are SO used to.My productivity has seriously dropped since this update because it takes longer to spot the parts of code I want to edit.Please reinstate this old feature so we can get back to work again.

In main.less, is there a way to be more specific with coloring code, something like the attached picture?  The idea that all tags in a code type are colored the same makes for a lot of painful searching.

After I minified my css file online (DW 2017 thought that minifying shouldn't be included in this version any more???) all code became white after a rgba. See screenshot.Maybe the Adobe team team can look at this bug. In the meanwhile, is it possible to fix this myself?

Many of us need to support thousands of pages of Classic ASP (.asp), yet Adobe in their ultimate wisdom has removed color coding for ASP!Yes, VBScript is in the list, but when you open an ASP page, it doesn't auto-select VBScript, you have to manually select VBScript every time you open an ASP page!      HELP! I have used a dark them in Dreamweaver for a few years now and after doing an update this morning the code back ground is white and it hurts my eyes. I noticed there is no option to have a dark theme any more. Is there anyway to go back to what i had before without changing them one by one?Thanks

First why can't i combined two Dreamweaver toolbars together?Under window > toolbars > I always use Document and Standard but i can not combine them into one line and when i try they stack on top of each other and code/split/ design is in the middle. So i am not sure what is going on, i want to just have one line, the are so dumb stacked.Below are examples of what happens:1.  2.  also where did code coloring go. I don't want to change the background to dark vs light. below is an example, is there any way besides going in the program files to make the colors darker. The light color is hurting my eyes and making the background darker is not an answer. We used to able to change just the code coloring to different sets of color. When making edits to code in Dreamweaver, I click on a line of code and the entire tag highlights in a really light green with white text.  This is not readable and I have gone into preferences and changed the "highlighting" which has no effect on this highlight color.  How do I change it?

Hi all,I'm a Dreamweaver CS6 person - I would use this forever if I could - but my new 3840x2160 laptop and cs6 don't get along (Fonts move about when highlighting and even with compatibility turned on - it looks blurry)How can I get the colors when coding in CC 2018 to match the colors of CS6?It was just the classic php editing color scheme.Is there just a main.less I can download to make it look like cs6?Thanks for the help!

I originally had a dreamweaver CS5.  Which last january I discovered was no longer supported.  I dowenloaded dreamweave 2020 in a failed attempt to upgrade CS5 to a supported platform.  I found that 1 week was not long enough for my learning curve.  Also with the cost of $300/year, the Jamestown Rotary Club can not afford it.  Now I'm stuck with an app (dreamweaver 2020) that I CAN NOT UNINSTALL/DELETE FROM MY WINDOWS 10 LAPTOP.  I tried "googling" for uninstall instructions, sadly none worked.  I need detailed instructions on how to safely remove this app.  Adobe should have made provisions for a user to uninstall any app as easily as it was to install!!!!Gail Thomas

Where's the Date Modified Column in DW 2020's Files Window?

I switched from Adobe GoLive CS2 to Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017. Yes, I know that's a big jump. Dreamweaver CC 2017 is the dumbest program for understanding and displaying code colors in the interface. GoLive CS2 could understand code coloring without any preference changes and it is more than a decade older than Dreamweaver CC 2017. I am honestly thinking about switching back to GoLive CS2 just so I can read the code. I have tried everything I can find online about changing code coloring. Including Adobe's own, incomplete, how to on changing code colors (Learn how you can customize the colors of your code elements in Dreamweaver. ). I say incomplete because the description on how to change "Customize code colors for mixed code files" doesn't actually tell you how to change colors for all file types. On top of that, it doesn't actually change the colors for the coding languages mixed in the same file. It did change some coloring, but I have ASP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery all mixe
