My clients must fill out their email address field in order for a fillable form to be sent to me. After they press Submit they are taken to another fillable form. Can their email address automatically appear in this form?Here is an example page:1959 Corvette Options

Just installed Dreamweaver on my Windows 10 laptop. After installing, when I try to open it, nothing happens. It doesn't crash. I don't get an error message. Nothing happens. When I check task manager, it shows as running in the background, but I can't actually access the program.I've tried running as admin. I've tried compatibility mode. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried the "Windows 10 Fix" of doing the scan for errors via cmd prompt. I've tried deleting the library file. I've even tried deleting all my Adobe programs, deleting Cloud, then reinstalling Cloud and Dreamweaver again.Still, no dice.Help!

I know this may seem petty but I am used to seeing inline styles where the property and values are different colors. I finally went from Dreamweaver 2015 to the latest 2019 and it seems this is no longer the way inline css is color coded. I am coding emails and find that the two colors are a big help in weeding through the code. Is there a way to change my interface preferences so the property and values are different colors when written inline? It seems to do this in the CSS when it is by itself.ThanskRose

I have been trying to un-install Dreamweaver CS4 from my old iMac and my old Macbook Pro.I have ensured that I am connected to the internet.When I try to un-install Dreamweaver on both machines I get a message saying "you are not connected to the internet" and "contact Adobe help"Anybody got any ideas ?

I have been using Dreamweaver since it came out with macromedia, oh why am i even trying to post ideas on how Adobe should get dreamweaver back to where it use to be ? Adobe never listens to its users. So I'm sorry for wasting everyones time today.

I need 2 simple ecommerce pages 12 items per page. So have used Dreamweaver Responsive eCommerce template.Can anyone explain how the sidebar Menu is supposed to work? Are there any sample websites using this template I can view?Search function how does that work?Thanks

Right now when a customer hits "SUBMIT", the form he filled out gets emailed to me and a paypal page opens up.But I added several options so what I need (ideally) is if a customer checks only one field and hits SUBMIT, he is taken to paypal page one.If he checks two fields and hits SUBMIT he is taken to paypal page two.And the same goes for 3 other options.Any ideas?

HI, I have added images of products for sale from dreamweaver and uploaded on my hosting server.When i see my website in the server, the images disappear.However when i preview the images of the product in realtime preview in dreamweaver, the images are there...please help...i have taken pictures of the images from my camera...they are not taken from google.many thanks

I have created a template named Location Page, that is based upon another template called Menu and Footer Template. I have updated the style for #menu to "position: fixed;" on the original template Menu and Footer Tempate. However, the Location Page is not updating. Dear,Everything refers to open local page (remote server).Please, I am in need of help to know how to solve what has been happening with Dreamweaver versions CC 2018 and CC 2019 in relation to Dreamweaver CS6.I have "Adobe Creative Cloud" and have installed the following versions of Dreamweaver.a) CS6,b) CC 2018 e;c) CC 2019.I intend, for a while, to stay alone with Dreamweaver CC 2018, then only with CC 2019. How to reduce the window width? Why is it reduced only to a certain width? There is a lot of useless space in it. In any code editor, this window can be reduced to a minimum.

Hi everyoneI am making an email template for one of our clients. I use <span> to format text.I put placeholder text, already styled, into the html. The goal being that the client can easily highlight and replace the text from within the design view, not the code.Anytime one highlights the entire text and either pastes in content or types, up pops a "create new inline style" dialog box that must be canceled 3 times before you can edit the text.Placing the cursor in the text and typing, or highlighting a portion of the text does not bring up the dialog box (it's only when the entire text is highlighted).How can I get this to stop?Here is a sample of the code if it helps.<span style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 24px; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">Newsletter Statement goes here.</span>Dreamweaver 19.0 on Mac OS 10.12.6ThanksMatt

Hi there, I am fairly new to Dreamweaver. I am using one of the email templates. I can format and make everything appear when I paste it into my email, except images! I have read that the images need to be located on the internet somewhere, so they appear when the recipient opens their email. I have tried a couple of places like Google Photos, entered the link, but still nothing. Is there some other type of website I should be using?Also, when entering the location of the photo in DW, where should that be done? Through the code? Or when I double click the photo where the window populates and lists file name and location?I have looked online at tutorials, but no one really explains where to house there online photos.If anyone can help, it would be really appreciated. I am wanting to send these from Gmail and have an HTML code input program that is translating what I am building in Dreamweaver. Absolutely everything else is working for me, except images. I have a page of photos with accompanying text on a page. The photo-text divs are all class formatted (div class="format_name"), and they are all the same, CSS-wise, and are arranged vertically on the page.  Originally, when there were just three sets of photo-text, I created new divs for each one. Now I need to add 4 more sets, so I just pasted the first three, and repasted the first one over again, to get 7. It's a fluid layout; I have checked the corresponding CSS files (three of them) for each screen view, and those files are all the same within each view.I have tested this new page on a few different browsers, and it seems to work. And the more I think about it, I probably only needed 1 pair of photo-rext Divs, which I could then copy and paste 6 times. They would all have the same name (and the same corresponding CSS file), but other than their sequence on the page (in the source code), there is no difference in their formatting attributes (width, margin, etc.)This approach

This is a Dreamweaver question. My imac died and I only had things partially saved. I would like to download the whole site as is from the server for my website so I can use it again. I did it with Dreamweaver a long time ago and its pretty archaic, but I've been changing things in it 'til my computer died late last year. Trying to figure out how to download what is there now so I can revise it again. Have a Cloud account so it was probably updated with whatever was current last September. Downloaded the latest Dreamweaver a  week ago. Reinstalled my Adobe apps from scratch.I'm an artist, a painter, who just taught myself rudimentary use of Dreamweaver to build myself a website a long time ago, so I'm really not very skilled or knowledgeable with this stuff. But I can follow common sense things. Looked at some questions on the forum but it seems a lot are many years old. I don't know the name of my root folder, etc.Thanks.Michael

Hello,Is there a way I can have 3 view of my document at the same time?:- Live View (or design view sometimes)- HTML code view- CSS code view?I want to have something like a fork in DW, is it possible? I need have three of them at the same time, the live view is important for me, because I am still learning and I make lots lots of changes and I need to see the rendered result. And those changes I make working with html and css and the same time. Thanks for your patience.
