The Contact form on my web site at http://www.tellerbooks.com/contact.htm worked fine for years, but now there appears to be an issue when it is used. Users are directed to a "File not found (404 error)" page at http://www.tellerbooks.com/webformmailer.php whenever they make a submission through the Contact page. Any ideas what the issue might be?

I am trying to place a logo in the header of my website (centred).I resized the image in Dreamweaver, however the bounding box is still keeping to the original size of my imported logo image.This is causing a problem because my logo also acts as a link back to my home page and is interfering with my other elements on the page.Also because of the bounding box being way too large, the link can be clicked on to the various side of the logo rather than just on the logo.Does anyone know how I can resize the bounding box to be just around the logo itself?Thanks!

In a html-file I have paragraphs with text. Hello, all,I have hit a brick wall, and could use some advice.I am working on a customized blog that allows users to comment on threads.  HTML is not allowed, and is stripped out before the content is inserted into the database (Oracle 11g, TEXT datatype).  But if a user hits the enter key within the textarea, that line break is retained in Oracle.  However, displaying the input after pulling it from the database loses line breaks.What is the best way to keep the formatting as the user entered it (including bullet points) for display in an HTML page?  I tried the <pre> tags around the output, but that strips font CSS from the display, and puts a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the containing div.I tried putting <p> tags in place of line breaks, but then when the comment is edited, the HTML shows in the form textarea.  (That's not good, either.)What are some options?V/r,^ _ ^

I added an image and linked it on one of my pages but it is not showing up in IE unless its 9 or above. It shows up fine in chrome. What would this be happening? I have the same image and link on another page and it is showing up fine.

I'm using DW CS6 and looking for a way to convert all straight quote marks to curly smart ones. Or a preference to force them. I'm not pasting in text from anywhere else.All the posts I've found on the subject seem to be going the other way: turning smart quotes into straight ones! Thanks

I'm sure this has been answered but I can't figure it out. I have an XML file in which I have no control on how the XML is generated.   It has a different tag for each product section but they all start with Product_  Example  <Product_ALSSFAAFR1.0_1>  or  <Product_CSCPTC1.0_2> etc.  I need them to all say the same thing so I need to change them all to Product_Group but I can't figure out the syntax to select the whole tag and replace it with the new tag. Hello, all,I am, for the first time, immersing myself in contenteditable and execCommand.  Very interesting.  I think I like it.I do have one question, though.  I've been Googling for it, and not finding any answers.Every example that I've found, so far, all use "document.execCommand()", which affects the whole document.  Is it possible to use execCommand on a specific element, only???I'm working on a custom CMS for a blog, and I want to give moderators a way to edit user comments (in case a user inserts PII - Personally Identifiable Information - or uses profanity, or some such).  Now, I don't think that any moderator would edit more than one comment at a time - but I can't think that it won't happen.  Yes, I know, I'm being pedantic, OCD, and just plain weird about this, but that's who I am.    So, I want to set my JavaScript so that if an undo button is clicked, it will only affect the editable area that it is associated with.Is this possible?

New CC DW didn't import info from CS5 DW.  Adobe has always imported info from the previous version used?

Good afternoon,I am a graphic design student and I am working on a web design project using Adobe Dreamweaver.I am fairly confident using Dreamweaver to create fixed layouts.However, for this particular project, we need to create a fluid/responsive layout.My professor indicated to use percentages as the measurements for width in order to make everything in our website responsive.I have tried this approach for my body (where all my content goes) as well as my header area (a box), which was responsive.However, trying this approach on imagery (i.e. logos, other imagery) did not work—it did keep my whole page proportionate as it is on the full page screen, but it really squished all my images so that the actual imagery was not proportionate at all.I also tried using vw (varied width), but this also created the same issue as stated above.My question is what is the simplest and most efficient way to create a responsive website? I'm brand, brand new to Dreamweaver. I'm learning how to use it and following along with the tutorials but it seems as though I continue to run into style errors while following the tutorial video's exactly. I've downloaded and extracted zip files used them in the program while following along making sure that each and everything I type is the same but I continue to have styling issues with the CSS. Header won't be put to the right, font size and coloring is off, picture has pixels between it and the border, etc. Why wouldn't the styling from the zip file be the same as the tutorial? Or am I missing something?

When ever I want to preview my website the background for my body won't show up, yet in live view it does. I have a box within the main content for my text and I removed it to see if that was the problem but it's not. I'm using both Dreamweaver CC 2015 (School) and Dreamweaver CC 2018(Home). Every time I open the DW CS6 version it tells me:You haven't installed the new DMX Updater Extension.We highly recomment it so you can keep your extensions up to date.I tried to install the extension just to get rid of this annoying message but it will not let me as it is outdated.Please! Hello -Ive recently completed a website, however I have some white space I'd like to get rid of. I still cant get my mind wrapped around containers, would anyone mind helping me?Most of my website is built using images, how do I tell the browser/dreamweaver to hug the images so there are no white edges? I used live view, and browsers to view my website and both have the same amount of white space.(I also built the navigation bar/background color,footer etc in Photoshop. background-image: url(../images/Sitephotos/body.jpg); background-attachment:fixed;Works for Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge but Google Chrome drags the background image down on scroll. Any suggestion how this can be fixed for Chrome?

I have searched and searched trying to get the settings correct for this, I am using a Wamp Server for testing, with Wordpress to build and edit my theme however I can not seem to get live view to work it just remains a blank white page. When I tried changing port settings it said the page was insecure. However I corrected that and it still is showing a blank white page. I am unsure what is causing this but i really need to get it working.

Can anybody help ? I have a handful of extensions from S4W, but I can't install them in Extension Manager CC.

Hi Everybody,I'm using the latest DW and Bootstrap 4.0,  creating the site with bootstrap 4.0.  This is a brand new simple site,  All the browsers such as Firefox, Chrome and IE all display properly, but Microsoft Edge displays everything smaller. Anybody no why this might be the case?  Is this a compatibility issue? is there a way to fix it? I hate all the Microsoft browsers but people use them. LOL. Yes, I did check the zoom.Thanks

I download air extension for Dreamweaver its working in PC but I can't install it in Mac.I install adobe extension manager at Mac but still can't lunch the extension . Please help me! RegardsAmeed

HiI am running DW CS5.5 for several years on my MacBook Pro without issues and in the past few weeks it crashes increasingly frequently. Now it is basically not useable as crashes with every file save or site preview. I've cleared the cache, reset the preferences etc. This made no discernible difference. Is there a solution or should I be looking at another editor to use with 10.13.4Thanks for any help

I'm on a Mac and I experience some copy/paste issues in Dreamweaver CC. When I want to use an link, from Safari for example and I want to paste it in Dreamweaver, most of the times it pastes an old link. The strange thing is, I can paste it in my code preview, but not by using the property panel. And I can also paste it in other programs. The only thing to solve it is to restart Dreamweaver, but this happens very frequently. So it's very frustrating.Do other people experience any problems with copy/paste?
