A while back, in a galaxy far, far away, I was able to dock the coding toolbar between the live and code views in Dreamweaver. Now in CC 2018, I can't even find the coding toolbar. Does anyone know where it is? Am I missing something?

I'm trying to do a table in my HTML code and it never positions the table rows as rows and instead positions them as inline columns instead, if that's not the issue when the text is outside the table itself. Is there some sort of known bug with the feature because I'm sorry, but I should not have to waste my time trying to do something as simple as a table in an HTML document.  Its absolutely stupid.This is what I have (multiple rows in one column:<table> <tbody>  <tr>   <td>    <tr>Row 1</tr>    <tr>Row 2</tr>    <tr>Row 3</tr>    <tr>Row 4</tr>   </td>  </tr> </tbody></table>...and this is the retarded thing I'm getting, the rows should be underneath each other, because in primary school, that's what I learned what rows are. If I learned that at 6, why cant the team at DW work that one out?Row 1R

i was using Dreamweaver cc to create a website and i had decided to use one of Dreamweaver's templates and once i was finished with added my content, i had clicked "save" but then the whole site messed up and nothing would load correctly.Does anyone know why this has happened? 

Is there a way to allow user to enter maths symbols (square root, fraction, x to the power of y,  (3x + y) / 4 (but display in the "horizontal form) when developing using DW CC?

How do I stop Dreamweaver from trying to connect to a server that I have never used?"MyOakenDrive" is the name I gave to a Western Digital MyCloud network drive. As soon as I installed DW CC, this alert popped up. I haven't used this drive in years, let alone ever told Dreamweaver to try and connect to it. How do either 1) tell Dreamweaver to ignore this drive or 2) delete any and all record of this from my Mac?

On collapse, li class "dropdown" opens properly, then on "hover" over the dropdown item "Art Galleries", that dropdown slides downward out of sight, and I must scroll to view entire list (of seven) links.Using dev tools to isolate, but can't seem to hit the exact needed rule to overwrite the height, or if I did locate the particular rule  needed, I failed to properly write the rule to control the height. I've been updating a small business website for many years. It uses <!--#include file="sidebar1.html" --> to include a side navigation. In Dreamweaver CS3, the navigation would show up on the server but I couldn't see it in Dreamweaver. This was slightly annoying but workable. Now, updating for the first time in Dreamweaver CC, I can see the sidebar navigation in Dreamweaver WYSIWYG but it doesn't actually show up in any browser! How can I get it to work again?I thought maybe DWCC updated something without asking so I uploaded last year's version of the site from a backup but the nav is still absent. The "sidebar1.html" file is definitely on the server. I read that this include method is very old. Did browsers decide not to support it anymore? The clients here may be shutting down after this year so they don't want to rebuild the site. I've got to fix this somehow.I'm not good at code, but I found what may be a good replacement, so I tried using the method below, from How To Incl

I have a form set up that after the user fills in the information and hits the submit button, the form will eMail that info to the admin for that site. I have checked it several ways with the same result: Mac, iPad, and iPhone users have no problem sending the info. PC users have no success at all. I have even followed tutorials step-by-step to be sure I did everything right. From what I see, I did do everything as it should have been done. Is there a "special trick" I need to use to compensate for something in Windows 10? I appreciate any suggestions or ideas. I will send what I have typed upon request if needed.Thanks,Rick

I bought Macromedia StudioMX 2004 many years ago, mainly for Dreamweaver, and when I upgraded to a newer PC I can no longer register and use it. I just want to be able to use Dreamweaver as I previously did. Do I have any options, short of repurchasing the DW package?

I am using Dreamweaver cs6 from the master collection.  I recently did an update so that I could use raw images in Photoshop.  Since that update i have had my Dreamweaver randomly crash on me.  I lose all of the work that i have done and no option to recover.  I don't know how to explain what is causes it as it seems random.  Nothing seems to be consistent with the crashes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program.  Please help me as this is really starting to cause a headache with everything that i have to redo.

I want to add an behavior to my website, it is a Xmascard that shall open after a second or two after load. Before I could use the timeline in DW but now I can´t find it! Why and how to do as I want?

MacOS 10.12.1 SierraDW CC 2017, as earlier versions, supports reloading extensions with a hidden command:   1. Make certain at least one file is open for editing   2. Make the Insert palette visible by going to Window --> Insert   3. Hold down Option key   4. Pull down on select menu at top left, default shown as "HTML"   5. Find and select new bottom item, "Reload Extensions"For me, doing this reliably causes DW to crash. (Either immediately, when I attempt to continue working, or multiple 10's of seconds later, if I do nothing after step #5 above.)Maybe I have a messed-up extension? This is infuriating. Dreamweaver build 10136 randomly crashes. Needles to say, all editing done on unsaved pages are gone. Wish you would come up with an autosave feature. AllI got the three code error messages shown on the screenshot. What do the first two mean? The third one is strange as I have a <td> start tag as well as the </td> end tag.ThanksAlanBTW Why do I only get three error messages in DW, yet using WC3 Validator I get 153

Upon "creating new," after selecting html>bootstrap>create new, the file opens with multiple errors in the two attached .js files."Source code" and "bootstrap.css" have the green checkmark in properties panel, but "jquery-1.11.3.min.js" and "bootstrap.js" have red checkmarks and are full of errors. I am working on creating a site for my college final due at the end of this week and I cannot even begin because of these errors.I have uninstalled and reinstalled DW. Help! I don't know much about Dreamweaver or coding but I am working on an e-mail blast. The images show up in dreamweaver, and they also show up if I click on the .html on my computer. If I email the .html, the images show up as blue question marks. How do I fix this? I have read not to link picture from folders on your computer, but I'm confused on how else I would do it?! Thanks!
