Salve a tutti,Sto riscontrando problemi all'interno di Dreamweaver che non mi consentono di lavorare.Una volta all'interno del programma, la clessidra di caricamento del cursore continua a caricare qualcosa a intermittenza, il che mi impedisce di selezionare menu o di apportare modifiche al documento, dato che ogni cosa cliccata viene subito selezionata.Premetto che è la versione Trial di Dreamweaver.Ho già disinstallato e reinstallato il programma ma tutto rimane uguale.Ci sono soluzioni?

Hey, they finally came up with a way to stop having to say "No, not that Previous Versions, the other, hidden Previous Versions option" in the CC Desktop App.Installing an old version is a two step process from the Apps tab now...1. Click the Arrow by the Install Button and choose "Other Versions"...2. Pick the version you want from the modal window that pops up...Nifty.

My company has a link on all emails that takes customers to our online catalog. The link is www.ari-hetra.com/catalogJust a few weeks ago i updated the catalog, and have a new link to the new one, (it has an orange cover, old one had purple) and i put that into dreamweaver, and it shows the new orange one in dreamweaver. so far so good. i took the old one off the server, saved the index, and reloaded it onto my server. However, when i type in the link in my browser it keeps showing the purple catalog, even when i hit "shift+refresh" to clear all the cache/cookies, it is still the old purple one. So i've taken it off several times, reloaded it several times, when i click on the index.html in my documents it pulls up a page in my browser for the orange one. So the coding is right i'm assuming, and its on the server and live,but theres just something missing to the puzzle that i am not understanding. Any suggestions?Thank you in advance.

On the other Dreamweavers when I wanted to edit a css, I selected the css and clicked on the pencil icon to open the css rule definition box.The only way I find to get acess to the css rule definition box on the new CC is when I am creating a new div and then there is a option for a new style and it opens the box.My question is how do I get to the box once the rule is created? the pencil icon is not there anymore.Not good breaking workflows Adobe, some folks have work in progress...Please help, thanks.

Just upgraded to CC and noticed that anytime I use inline styling that the properties are not highlighted like they were in CS6. I have been searching arround the color.xml file for a place to edit, but unsure of what to modify.vs.Having the properties highlighted def makes it quicker to navigate. I have to use inline styles a lot for emails, just in case anyone is curious.Appreciate any help!

I recently was told my website is going out of business and I need to move my site however when i go to load dreamweaver it wont register now because those register servers are not there anymore.. support told me that just because i bought 5 other versions of all their software for years i need to get the new subsctption version.. I have my site on a FTP through dreamweaver. It is connected to remote server. If I make changes in the code I can "Put" the files to the server and it will make the changes accordingly on the live site.For some reason in Dreamweaver, I have the display set to "split", half code half live preview. But the live preview doesnt display any information. Any ideas on this and how to get it displaying the live preview? Id like to have it set up so I can adjust on Dreamweaver and see the results without having to upload the file to the server.Thanks!

I noticed this has gone unanswered in other threads, but thought I would try again.In Dreamweaver when I open the Extract window everything is grayed out. I was trying to follow a tutorial from Adobe, but I can't get the window to work. I signed out and back in. When I re-opened Dreamweaver the window was briefly active, but then grayed out again.Update:Tried a third time and it is now working properly!?Not sure - maybe I tilted my head in the correct direction

I have a main domain and I configured DW to upload changed content via FTP - all good so far.I added a subdomain and again configured DW to upload changed content via FTP - still good.Now the problem:I edit a file on the subdomain then..If I go back to the main domain and sync with the server, the subdomain file is sent.That makes sense I guess as the subdomain is just a sub-directory off the root (where the main domain files are).It's just that I don't want that to happen. If it edit index.html in main and subdomain, I get a conflict.I am new at this and I assume I did something wrong. I only have one ftp account (the original for the main domain) and the configuration differs in the root directory and the WEB URL.Not sure what other information is needed for a diagnosis - best to ask. Is this normal or have I done something wrong?I want to be able to update the two WEB sites independently.ThanksJack

I have been having the same problem pasting into code for weeks, maybe longer. Often, when I paste into code view the code appears in Design or Live view and not at all in the code view, not even the special characters for angle brackets etc. or any of what was copied appears in code view, nothing appears in Code view other than the code that had been there before the pasting.  I can paste the same code into TextEdit, BB Edit, Brackets, MS Word. Not Dreamweaver. This was never an issue in prior versions (I started with v.2 in the late 90's). Now I'm using Mac Mini OS 10.12.6 Dw 2017.5.Why has this never been an issue in prior versions?How many platforms have you tried? How much  testing have you actually done?Your "correct answer" is unacceptable. This product has deteriorated considerably and I would think more would be done to alleviate this and the other petty Dw issues being inflicted on users. I'm trying to create a "news" page and only want to display a few articles at a time. I've added a pagination navigation at the bottom of the page but I have no idea how to even start getting everything to work. I've done a lot of googling but I can't find an tutorials that can help. Nearly everything I found is on how to just create the nav bar. I've seen suggestions on jQuery plugins and so on, but nothing on how to even get started. I have been using 1&1 for my Web site server for many years. I have used Dreamweaver for building my Web sites for many years. I have never had any problem with Dreamweaver making an FTP connection to 1&1 for uploading my files. However, with the latest Dreamweaver (2017.5) I cannot get it to connect with any settings. I have tried FTP, SFTP, Passive on and off, Performance optimizations on and off. I've turned off Anti-virus and Firewall. Nothing works. However, when I attempted a connection using Beyond Compare's FTP feature, the connection was immediately made and I was able to upload my files with no problem.Can anyone help me get this working? I prefer to upload through Dreamweaver rather than a separate program.Here's the error message I get every time I try to connect.

Why is Dreamweaver not updating my modification after uploading files?

So I'm publishing my site to the Remote Server via FTP. However, its saying my site directors either invalid, non-existent or I don't have permission. The directors is straight from my Creative Cloud files. How would I change permission for this folder, as I know it exists and the directory isn't invalid> Thanks

Hello,I am unable to connect to my server with Dreamweaver CS6 using FTPS ( I can successfully connect via FileZilla with the same credentials ).When I try to connect, Dreamweaver gives me "An FTP error occured" message.My Apache server logs show the following message, "Sorry, cleartext sessions and weak ciphers are not accepted on this server.#012Please reconnect using TLS security mechanisms."Please let me know if there are any other details I can provide for trouble shooting.Thanks,Calvin
