Adobe DC redaction not working on 22.001.20085

Hi I am getting the white box when I try to redact something. I know its to do with AcroCEF process. It works if I start the process. But I want to know how to go about fixing this as permanent solution as I deploy the new update other users. If I start the process manually, the CPU usage is 100%
