Company name in personal profile does not match the one in Admin Console

Hi everyone,

 

Please look at the screenshots for my problem. The profile dropdown on account.adobe.com shows "ACME Sample, LLC" while the Admin Console settings shows the correct "Acme Sample, LLC".

 

 

I looked everywhere and found no place where the first company name can be edited.

 

Chat support set the company name in my profile and told me to wait 2-24 hours. But they don't seem to see more settings than I do, so I doubt there will be a change.

 

I'm the contract owner, so I supposedly should have access to all settings.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can see that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. It appears to be linked to a different contract. Could you please confirm if you are experiencing this issue with that specific contract?

Additionally, please confirm whether you have tried following the steps mentioned in this document: https://adobe.ly/4q0E5c7

If not, I recommend updating the settings and checking again after some time to see whether the correct organization name appears under your profile or on the https://adobe.ly/3IYYUE6 page.

Hi Anshul,

 

Yes, the issue must be linked to that  contract ID because there is no other contract. Unless there is but I can't see it.

In the Admin Console you can switch between your Business ID and your Adobe ID, but in both cases the same contract ID is shown.

 

Yes, I followed the mentioned document, this has no effect on the shown company name. I sent you the PM with the details.

Thanks for sharing the details with me. I have reviewed the information and noticed that a different contract is associated with your Adobe ID, as the images you provided show a different email and contract name. I apologize for the earlier confusion.

However, as per the details shared in the case, I can confirm that our support team has already updated the contract name from the backend. Please allow some time for the changes to take effect.
