Hard to download apps

Hi, 

 

I cannot talk with adobe services for some reason due to my "my administrator." AND I cannot download any apps because of the below reason. 

"You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use this app or service."

You need to contact the Creative Cloud Admin of your organization to get help. 

To know how to contact the admin see: How can end-users contact their Admins for issues or support.

 

In Creative Cloud for Enterprise, an administrator assigns users to the products and then those users can download and install the apps, for more information see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/manage-products-and-profiles.html.
