Question

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with my Adobe account. I have a personal paid subscription, and everything was working normally. However, a third-party store (external provider) added my account to a shared team / group without my permission or knowledge.

After being added to this team, team settings started appearing in my account, and some features now behave as if I’m part of a team subscription. The main problem is that I cannot leave the team.

The “Leave Team” option does not appear for me, and I don’t have any permissions to manage or remove myself since I’m not the team owner.

I want to use my personal paid plan only, without being linked to any external group or team.

Please help me completely remove my account from this shared team and restore it to a standalone personal account.

Thank you.

Hi @Mohammed Asiri,

I have reviewed your account and the case you have shared. The support team can only help if you are an admin, and the process they have suggested is the only way to remove your ID from the business profile. You will need to contact the Admin who created a business profile for you.
You still have your Acrobat individual subscription associated with this ID; it is not under the business profile. So, when you log in to the app, you can choose 'Personal' instead of 'Business' on the profile chooser screen to access your app. Cancelling and repurchasing from this same email will not help; you will have to either purchase using a personal email address or contact the IT Admin to remove your ID from the list.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
^BS

I don’t know why you keep assuming that I belong to DEL-Linkin.SA. I do NOT belong to this organization at all.
They are hackers / a shared-subscription seller who added my ID without my permission.
I want their access removed, not my entire Adobe account deleted.

Please remove DEL-Linkin.SA from my account completely.
I have nothing to do with them, and I do not want to see their profile linked to my login anymore.

I am not asking to delete my Adobe account — I am asking you to remove this unauthorized organization from my ID.

Here is a follow-up regarding my issue:

I want to clarify that this situation involves unauthorized third-party access to my paid personal account. My account was added to a shared team without my consent, and I am still unable to leave the team or restore my account to its original personal status.

I have contacted Adobe Support more than a week ago, but unfortunately the issue has not been resolved, and the support team has not been cooperative so far.

I urgently need my account removed from this unauthorized team so that I can continue using my independent personal subscription. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to cancel my Adobe subscription entirely.

Please treat this as an urgent update to my case.

Thank you.
