Question

Is there a way to get support from Adobe for a corporate user?

I work at a small company, and my Adobe account is “managed by my organization." What that means is that Adobe provides zero support; you cannot ask a question or speak to a human in any capacity. Obviously, my IT team knows nothing about how to use Photoshop or InDesign. Is there a way to change that setting so that I can get some help? I have tried to ask Adobe, but of course, you are not allowed to talk to anyone without the right paid subscription plan. They really do hate their customers.

    Hi @David31335732h5xj,

Thanks for posting, and we’re sorry you’re stuck without anyone to turn to for Photoshop and InDesign help. That’s a frustrating spot to be in.

When an Adobe account is managed by an organization, support requests go through your administrator. They can contact Adobe Customer Care from the Support tab in the Admin Console, handle the first round of troubleshooting, and escalate to Adobe Support when needed. They don’t have to know Photoshop or InDesign themselves to do that. We can’t share admin contact details, so your IT team or help desk is the best place to find out who your administrator is. More on what they can help with here:

For how-to questions or problems with the apps themselves, you can post directly in the app communities:

If you tell us what you’re running into here, we’re happy to take a look or point you to the right place. It helps to share the app version, your operating system, and what’s happening (a screenshot is great too).

    Thanks,
    ^AV

What kind of support do you need? If it is account related issues then you can ask your IT team to connect with Adobe Support using the admin console. If it is about usage of apps like how to do something in an app then you can post on these forums https://community.adobe.com/community and fellow users would help you out
