Payment per license for Adobe CC Business

Question

I am a bit confused with the licensing details for Adobe CC Business plan (all apps). My team has 5 people including me using Adobe apps. Does this mean we would have to pay the Business plan for 5 licenses (5 users)? Or if ONE License can provide users with two devices, so for my team (5 people), I would just need to get 3 (6 devices) licenses Business plan? What would you guys suggest for me to get for Adobe CC Business plan? Thanks!

A license is needed for each person. Where a license allows two computers, it means two computers for the same person, such as their desktop and laptop. This one license cannot be split or shared. Each user will have a different Adobe ID, and a password that only they will use.
