Question

Remove a secondary profile from my account

I accidentally started a second profile under my account on my company's Teams setup. I'm not able to delete it. The administrator of the account at my company isn't able to see this profile, so can't delete it. And when I went to the help chatbot, since I'm on a Teams account, it won't connect me and tells me to ask my Team's administrator. Fun. Can anyone please help me delete it? I believe it is causing me log-in issues.

Hi @bjerneri,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears you have a business profile that was created when you were added to your company's Teams contract, and you now want to be removed from it. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

Upon checking, I can see that you have an active Teams contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, and you have been assigned a Creative Cloud license by your administrator. If you wish to be removed from this business profile, you can follow the steps provided in this document: https://adobe.ly/3K4qBvV

Additionally, you mentioned that you are experiencing login issues. Could you please confirm the exact error you are encountering and whether you are trying to access the license provided by your organization?

If you are facing issues while accessing the organizational license, please do not follow the steps to remove yourself from the organization.

Please note that when signing in, if you see the profile chooser screen, you need to select the work/school account to use the license assigned by your admin.

Kindly let us know the error message you are seeing and which license you are trying to use. This will help us assist you further.

Awaiting your response.

Regards,
^AN

Thanks for the reply! I want to remain on my business team with my main
profile. I want the second profile that was set up to be removed.

I'm trying to log into a client's Adobe Workforce platform, and even after
being granted access on the client end. I'm not able to log in, and am
re-directed to the Experience Cloud home page.

Ugh. I didn't want my email signoff included and I can't edit that post. Can Adobe folks please remove that?
