resiliation d'abonnement surfacturée

j'essaie de faire une résiliation d'abonnement creative cloud à la date anniversaire et pourtant Adobe me demande de payer 300€ pour résiliation anticipée. Et je n'arrive pas à les contacter. Quelqu un a une solution ?
