Serial numbers are expired, how do I deploy new serial numbers?

Hey Jeff,

Our district is having issues with this currently also and are trying to get information from OETC on why our license is expired. After placing a different license in the license field, the application asks for an email/password combo. If I put in my own, since I am the admin for the admin console, it says that I have already used my 2 licenses. We have a site license from OETC and even in our admin console, we have over 50 licenses still available. I currently have multiple classes scrambling to find things to work on besides the projects they have in Adobe programs. Is there a solution for this yet?

I will open a support case. Reinstalling an entire suite of adobe on every single computer we have in our entire school district is not something we are prepared to do. Thank you for your time.

Just to add, that if you need to re-serialize with a new serial number, then there is no need to reinstall the software. You can simply use the Creative Cloud Packager to build a licensing package which will roll out the new serial number. Adobe Creative Cloud license package

    Branching to a new discussion.

Chrish76271276 if you are using Named User Deployment then you will still be limited to two activations per ID.  Please allocate the additional 49 licenses to different e-mail addresses/Adobe IDs.  For more information see Plan your Adobe Enterprise deployment .

Each ID will be able to activate the license on up to two computers before needing to deactivate.  You can find additional information on the activation process at Activate and deactivate Adobe products .

Hey, sorry if I wasnt clear. i Am trying to activate an entire lab of computers to be used for adobe products. i Don’t want to use an email/password combo but after accepting a working serial number, it makes me put in an email/password. we Have a site license for the adobe suite and should be able to just plug in a new serial number and go.

    Thanks for the clarification, Chrish76271276.

If you are trying to deploy to an entire lab then you will want to utilize device licenses.  You can find information regarding the process at Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise deployment scenarios for educational institutions .  Please be aware that device licenses are not available for CC2019 applications, so you will need to deploy 2018 and earlier applications to the Lab environment.

A solution is being developed for the recently released CC2019 applications, for more information see Create packages with Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses .
