User account from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant?

When I try to sign onto my Adobe account to access my desktop apps, it sends me to 'Enterprise ID Sign In' which is a Microsoft sign in page. But I've never linked my account to a Microsoft account, so I just get this message:
'AADSTS50020: User account '***' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '***' and cannot access the application '6aba272b-e383-44cd-8eda-34c66dfd9546'(Adobe Identity Management (OIDC)) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.'

I can't access any apps on my desktop, I can't uninstall them as it just tries to take me back to the app and I can't access much from my web account.

Any idea how I can get into my account?

Hi @FrancescaJayne, the error message you're getting while signing into the adobe.com/CCD app is that your account is not added under the SAML Authentication App.
AADSTS50020 User Account from identity provider does not exist in tenant and cannot access an application.

You need to connect with your IT admin and ask them to add your account to the SAML Auth App/Tenant.

The second scenario seems to look like the Apps Tab is missing; please follow the steps mentioned in the help article below (Using ServiceConfig.xml) - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/customize-creative-cloud-app.html

    Thanks!

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

then, if that looks ok, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

It's a teacher's account, not sure what they would come under?
