why make it so hard --- invoice e-mail address

I have spend almost 30 minutes trying to find a way to setup a normal billing email address for my company business account. 

 

I did not find any solution. 

 

Please help me to setup a billing e-mail. 

I want the adobe invoices to be delivered to billing@xyz.com... (example) 

 

How can a company for design and user flows make it so hard to setup something so mundane.

Admin Console > Account > Billing History

how can I add an additional recipient for the invoices (invoice@company.xyz) so that the invoices are sent by mail automatically?

Thanks for reaching out. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that the Adobe ID used to post this query has an active Teams contract, and you are listed as the contract owner. Please note that only the contract owner has access to invoices in the Admin Console.

However, you can still email invoices directly from the Admin Console if you need to share them with others. For reference, you may review this documentation:

At this time, the ability to add an additional invoice recipient for automatic email delivery is not available. We appreciate your feedback on this feature request and will share it with our product team for future review and consideration.
