I know there are A LOT of posts about this but none of those tips are working. I had Adobe cc with my High School and about a week after I had officially finished classes they kicked me off and now I'm stuck with this stupid pop up. I would gladly log in and change my password except for the fact that I do not know what either of them are as the school set up and installed it onto my computer for me... I have tried reinstalling it, clearing cache search oobe files literally everything under the sun and I kinda really need it to be working asap as I need it for Uni... 😬

so you currently have an individual account, correct?

if so, verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then if all looks good, sign out (already done, it appears) and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

    >do not know what either of them are as the school set up and installed

Never let someone else make changes to your computer without asking what was done so YOU will know

At this point, the only suggestion I have is to remove everything Adobe and start fresh

    -https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs
