Hi,Currently, we are publishing plugins in private mode for testing.I'd like to publish it as a public mode because the test is over, but I can not change it.Please tell me how to change from private mode to public mode.
I've come across others with this problem.I am using Windows 7 Pro and have Creative Cloud Desktop Manager installed and a paid up sub. to all CC2015 programs in the CC2015 suite. I have CCDM running with sync turned on in preferences.I go to Creative addons for plugin/extensions https://creative.adobe.com/addons/.I choose my addon, I do everything according to the book. The addon manager tels me I have acquired the plugin/extensionNOTHING happens inside Creative Cloud, no activity stream. The downloaded plugins do not show up in the programs they are destined for!!I went online to Adobe Help. For about 1.5 hours they could not solve the problem. It has been escalated. Others with the same problem are reporting Adobe Help is no help on this one.I have rebooted, exited CC, re-entered, tested number of free installs (so I don't purchase something that won't load) removed them, reinstalled them . Nothing doing anything.anyone any ideas?Thanks

My add-on update went live last night after the Adobe review process. However, when trying to install or update the add-on, our customers are getting this message:Creative CloudThe Add-on MediaSilo failed to install: General error message.Also (not sure if this is related), when trying to install via the Extension Manager, I'm taken to an XML file with<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>Here's the store listinghttps://creative.adobe.com/addons/patches/36107 Is there anyone at Adobe that can help look into this for us? i had integrate creative cloud for iMessage extension , autheticate with client id and secretthe same key and client secret used for main Application it is showing me Invalid API key and Secretthen had used another key and Secret for main app even it is showing me this error dailog..i had also copy Creative cloud sdk for extension and main app differently though it is showing me this errorHow do i solve?

Hi, I'm an Adobe Exchange Producer and would like to provide a method for users to rate our products. However, I have not been able to find a way to get a direct link to the "Ratings & Reviews" section of the add-ons pages. I can only find the link to the add-on as a whole (e.g. https://creative.adobe.com/addons/products/16897), which defaults to the "Product Info" section. Is there a path / query parameter that I can use to jump right to the rating section?Cheers,-Brian

Dear Adobe, I am trying to contact someone about a wish request for a young disabled man who is to weak to move and uses a wheelchair to get around. His family takes care of him 24 7 and depends on the help of others to live. Lately he has taken an interest in video and graphic design. He uses some programs he has found for free but nothing great. He keeps his mind going by reading and learning new things. Even if he is in to much pain to have a job or use these talents he still wants to learn. Computers have always been his savior and something he can do from bed. The reason for this email is because he and his family don't have the extra money to pay for a subscription each month and would like to find away to get him access to your programs without a monthly fee. I had all of theses filters on my photoshop program. Like watercolor, colored pencils, oil, pastel, conte crayon ect. Where did they go and why are they gone? I want them back otherwise it isn't worth the money.

Looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this, but none of the existing posts I found actually show a resolve!I'm trying to install the Snap SVG Add-On for Animate CC 2017. ( https://creative.adobe.com/addons/patches/26811#.WMjGsBIrISQ )Acquired and installed, but my CC Activity Stream is not receiving notifications.Here's what I've already tried:1) Checked to make sure I was logged in, and sync settings are enabled.2) Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled.3) Tried downloading the .zxp file to install using Extension Manager (even though it's supposed to be obsolete). This resulted with two outcomes: - "Cannot find required data from database" - "Failed to install com.example.SnapPlatform. I can't get Maya Live Link to install. It doesn't install in folder where is says it should be. I do not get an administrator request to install. I disabled my firewall and ad blockers. I have trouble shoot this for most of this morning and can't get it to work. It says at "apps acquired" but nothing happened. It did not install. Yes, file syncing is on. I am using the latest adobe cc desk top app.
