Questions

Hello!  New Fresco iPad user here and, while I have the latest version (1.3.1) of the software, I can't access or even see my CC color libraries.  Same is true for brushes.  I upgraded to the premium version in hopes that that would help, but it didn't.  Has anyone had the same issue and did you get it to finally work?  How?Thank you!

Is there somewhere we can see notes about what exactly is being updated each time? I am updating Fresco and everything else because an update became available, but I would like to see what problems are being fixed specifically in the update.  Fresco has been incredibly buggy for me the last month or so and I am crossing my fingers hard about this update. Would love to hear about whether it improves stability or experience for people... Mostly, I want to be able to just work in the app for extended periods without sudden onsets of lag or unexpected crashing, also maybe an eye dropper that doesn't take an extra second to register my selection. I love this app when it works. Really love it. I just need it to be stable and consistent for hours and hours at a time.  

Hi I miss the type tool for adobe fonts in my fresco.I have a microsoft tablet. Is it maybe only available on apple products? Thank you.

I have drawn a picture without thinking and now I cannot find this type of brush.Pen pressure was perfect and I never manipulated any brushes or created one (it was my first time using it)Does anyone know what brush (or brushes) is exactly like this..?

I'm on iPad 6th gen (iPadOS 13.1) and my Logitech Crayon doesn't work on Fresco. Hope this will change in the future.

Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

IS THERE ANY WAY TO ONLY SAVE ON A HARD DRIVE AS MY INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR LARGE FILES TO  BE UPLOADED tHERE MUST BE A WAY FOR CREATIVES TO USE THIS WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE ICLOUD?i HAVE ONLY CREATED A FEW ARTWORKS AND ALREADY HAVE EXCEEDED MY MEMORY ON MY IPAD AND MAKING EVERYONE ELSE IN HOUSE UPSET AS THEY CANT USE INTERNET WHEN I USE FRESCO.

So I've been working on a pretty big piece of artwork and it has 5 different parts to it. I coloured 2 parts about a week ago and the 3rd part over the past 2 days. When I went to check the timelapse today it shows that it's recorded the first 2 parts but not the 3rd part. I've found that it doesn't record anything at all now, anything I add to the art now is not recorded. When I download the timelapse video, after the first 2 minutes the timelapse video goes black and shows nothing. This is really annoying because I was looking forward to seeing how my progress looked on the timelapse. Some info for troubleshooting:I'm using an iPad mini 5 with iOS 13. I did the 3rd part completely just on the iPad. Adobe fresco is on the latest update.This issue is only with this file, no other file.I tried shutting my iPad and turning it back on but that didn't fix the issue. Didn't think it would but it's always worth a try. Does anyone know what the issue is and how I can recover al

I saved a few PSD files to the 'your work' folder Creative Cloud on my laptop. I see the file in Creative Cloud on my iPad but am unable to open it in Fresco. It only accesses the 'Adobe' folder in Creative Cloud when I click on the + icon to import a file. I cannot navigate to the 'my work' folder to get the files I need. Clunky. Help! Thanks!

Hi Adobe Support Community,I am designing a mural which will be printed at 32m x 12m. I am wanting to design the mural on my iPad with an iPen, and create a hand drawn, sketch effect to the design.I downloaded Adobe Fresco, and I can create a new document at 3200cm x 1200cm successfully, but the DPI is only 7. Is this DPI good enough for prinitng at 3200cm x 1200cm?If not, how can I create a hand drawn design that can be enlarged successfully at this size? Thank you

Is there a way that I can recover my timelapse video from Fresco?There was an artwork file that I was working on, and at some point, I accidentally deleted it. I recovered that right away on my cloud-documents page of Adobe Cloud.After successfully recovering it, I tried to generate a timelapse video. However, it exported only an a-few-second video, even though it was an almost finished file.Is it possible that I recover the full version of the timelapse video?

Hello! I'm in the process of learning "surface pattern designing". I started with Illustrator which is great, but I wanted to add texture and all that cute stuff in my artwork. I then learned Procreate which I also enjoy very much. But, because Fresco has the option for both vector & raster, I'm leaning towards creating more with Fresco. Especially since it's easier to transfer artwork to Illustrator. However, because I mix vector and raster together in Fresco, it seems as though everything turns into raster when I export to Illustrator - which defeats the purpose of using vector. I've always preferred vector because of the resizing benefits. My question... should I even bother with using vectors? Should I just size up really big so that sizing won't be such an issue? Also, I could be wrong. Maybe? If the vectors stay as is and only the rasters change when I resize, then I could just keep creating my work in smaller file size and I don't really need to bother wi

I've spent some considerbale time trying to solve this myself, but here I am. I have repeatedly  tried to use the Fresco smudge tool with zero results.  I have messed around with countless settings and brushes and scoured the internet for something similar.All other parts of Fresco seem to be working just fine.Using a Surface 6

how do you draw within the lines in adobe fresco? like what this person asked (but in fresco): Also how do you do these all three types of brushes not just vector? 

Hello,           I have ( amd radeon hd 7600m series ) graphics card , and when i try to install adobe fresco it says (it's not yet compatible with my graphics card). I know that this graphics card is more powerful than many iphone, ipad and surface graphics cards that adobe fresco works on, so why it's not working on my graphics card?My device met all the system requirements for adobe fresco ( windows 10, 8gb ram, 1 terabyte storage, 2gb VGA and even it has two graphics cards Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series ), and i installed all the garphics cards drivers updates for both my Intel and my AMD graphics cards from the official Intel and AMD websites and also checked again from windows updates and from device manager and everything is working great. So why it's still not working? any help please?

I've fallen deeply in love with the Sharp Inker tool in fresco, I would like to copy it over to Photoshop so I can use it there, too. Is there a way I could do that? TIA. 

I'm in shock. Hours of work just vanished. I can still see the finished illustration in my mind, absolutely speechless. Save bar showed up and everything. Went to open the cloud file in Photoshop, it was hours behind, as if none of my work in the most recent session had happened. Just the sketch layer from hours ago. All the finished work gone. I've never experienced anything remotely like this level of nonsense. At least when I used to get in the groove and forget to manually save progress, I could be pissed at  myself for doing something wrong. But this is just some next level futile rage. I have to redo hours of work... very good work that I was happy with, that my publisher would have been happy with... for no reason at all. Just because. Just because there is no "save" option in Fresco. I have to close a document to save it. I can't trust your app if every time I close a file I am potentially destroying work. Devastated.

Hi,I'm trying to make the great leap from Procreate to Fresco but the thing that is really frustrating me is that there is, to my knowledge, no 'snap curves'. On Procreate a uniform curve can be made by holding the pen at the end of the curve. Is there any work around for doing this on Fresco? Thank you!

Hi a few minutes ago the fresco app was crashing every time I opened it. It seemed to resolve itself after a restart and now a drawing I spent all day yesterday working on is gone. is there anyway to recover it? I don't see it in the cloud i have 70gb of free space on this 7th gen ipad

Hi there! I use the Touch Shortcut all the time to erase with brush, but almost half the time while still holding down the Touch Shortcut, my Apple Pencil starts drawing again. Is anyone else having this issue?  Is there a fix for this?

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Fresco, so I apologize if this topic is already on here somewhere. I am illustrating my first children's picture book and I am having trouble picking the right template size. If anyone has experience with this, what would be a good template size to create my illustrations for when I need to scale and self publish (comic book, web illustrations, custom?)? I am hoping the book will be in landscape about 10 by 8 inches. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!  

I recently got a new Microsoft surfacebook 3 and install all the adobe products on it. All other apps work great however the Fresco works on and off, the biggest issue is that it somehow stops the touchscreen from working after a while, and it doesnt only do it for the app but for the entire computer. The mouse work and just normal functions only the touchscreen stops. I have to reboot the computer and then it will start to work again. Any help would be appreciated.

Fresco crashes on startup while "loading documents".  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting multiple times.  I have the latest version of Windows 10, my graphics drivers are up to date, plenty of disk space left.  Not sure what the problem is.   Moved from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... I have a layer in which I've used both Live and Pixel brush strokes, and the oils stroke depths and embossing was bothering me, but I couldn't paint over it. I created a new layer, painted over it, merged down, and stoke embossing effect still persisted. Anyone experience this? Canvas is set to None as well. Thanks.
