Questions

Hello - newbie here!I am looking at upgrading my laptop to something with touch screen and drawing functionality for landscape design work. I am not set on anything yet however I know it will not be an Apple product.   I see in Freco it has this statement: Limited release on Windows 10 restricted to Surface Pro, Surface Book, Surface Studio, and Wacom Mobile Studio Pro. Does that mean it will only work on those 4 devices?   Thanks in advance [Renamed by Mod]

Adobe already showcased Adobe Fresco on the Surface Pro X in 2019:  Adobe’s Fresco sketching app Demo on Microsoft Surface Pro X | Fresco Sketching - YouTube   Now we have 2022, with more and more ARM-based devices popping up in the world. Is there a timeline for when or even if we can expect more Adobe Apps to support the Windows ARM platform?   It would be nice to have the x64 version ready to install and run them through the Windows x64 emulation layer like we can with the Affinity products. Not even allowing to install them isn't a good way to handle it. I'm new to Fresco, I was a Sketch user. I assumed that, just like in Sketch, once you exit 1 work, it is automatically saved, because I see it under "RECENTS." However, now that I've made several files, I cant locate the work I've done earlier. I tried "Your Files" tab on the left hand side, it's not there. I tried CLOUD, but none of my new works (that aren't in recent) are there. it's quite frustrating as I only made those files TODAY, then when the RECENT works were full, I can't find the less recent ones. does anyone know where I can find my work?

I reopenend fresco After a few date And strangely asked me for my email And password. Once i opened the app my files were all gone. I am experiencing a lag with some brushes in Adobre Fresco, Apple Pencil II and iPad Air 4th gen. It is visible in the video when I choose Graphite soft. It feels like there is a lag after I touch the screen with Pencil and it doesn't respond to light teach.  Lag with Apple Pencil  Is it how it is supposed to work, a bug or a problem with the Pencil? When I use the touch shortcut it does not working properly. I am using a surface pro. I use the touch and hold function to try to erase, but as soon as I touch the screen with my slimeline pen it goes back to normal brush strokes. If I double tap the touch shortcut it works fine, it only stops when using it just as touch and hold. Anyone else seen this and know why it isn't working with the touch and hold function? Hi! We need to save our work using a "Save as" dialog including the choice of the loction (e.g. local folder) – just like we're used to store our files in the desktop versions (and two other products we bought recently).The only option we found so far is to make our work "offline available" in some hidden system / application directory until our work is again automatically synced / uploaded to adobe servers. But this is not an acceptable solution for us. [Renamed by Mod]

Does anyone know if it's possible to close or hide the animation toolbar but keep the onion skin visible? Having problems with this, it really gets blocks out what i'm drawing and when I close the motion toolbar the onion skin disappears with it. Thanks [Renamed by Mod]

I Have Restarted The App Many times And Seen if There Was An Update Knowing If There Was It Would Fix It, There wasn't Sadly And I Have Tried Restarting my Laptop ( Windows Levovo Laptop x13 yoga 1st gen ) and i have shut down my laptop aswell nothing seems to work could u Please Help Out Thanks  [Renamed by Mod]

Is it possible to change they keyboard shortcuts for Fresco? Specifically, can I map the "touch" features to my Inuous pen's buttons? I personally prefer to control everything with the pen / side buttons vs touching.

After opening Fresco, I have only black area in my workspace. I still can see layers of drawing, and I can export image, but there is no preview. Working on Windows, AMD Ryzen 7 and AMD Radeon RX

it would be good to be able to manage the eraser, or better as in ADOBE DRAW, to be able to modify it. Like the rest of the brushes, make it become thinner (and not just big or small) in few words like the conical brush. we hope fresh Adobe will update this solution.

Please please please please add the Symmetry tool in Fresco I'm begging you guys. The only thing Fresco is truly missing is this tool. I have to get my artwork even and I can't do that without the symmetry tool!! I would use this every day if it was added. Thank you!! [Renamed by Mod]

I have a basic non-touch wacom intuos wacom tablet CTL-4100 model.  Using Windows 10, latest drivers for wacom.  Pressure is working on photoshop and all other programs, just not fresco.  I've restarted multiple times.

Hello everyone, Imagine I'm trying to loop a 8 frame loop of a simple sea background animation, that would play at 8 frame/secNow imagine I want to create a longer animation of a character, that would play above this layer, and its frame rate would be 12 frame/sec. In AfterEffects I'd just set the global framerate to 12 frame/sec and posterize time on the one I want to play at 8 frame/secHow would you do it in Fresco ? Have a nice day ! Is there a way to turn off all of the gestures? I cannot make a drawing without Fresco making unwanted changes. I know it's trying to be helpful, but until I get used to how Fresco differs from Sketch/Draw, I don't want the gestures. 

I had been working in a fresco file for about a week (with sync on always) never having an issue with it saving. All of a sudden, mid-stroke, the brush stopped and all of my pixel content has been deleted from every layer. All of the layers were there, the groups were there, they were just all empty. There were a couple layers with images and these remained. The only pixels left were two small squares of color (that I had not drawn), one each on two random layers. The app did not crash or quit, it just was all gone with no warning. I chatted with two support agents and neither could help recover my work. Not only was all of my content deleted, but the entire version history from even before this happened was completley blank. The times and dates show up, but when I click them they are jsut blank like the document.  No idea what happened or why, but I do not feel like I can use fresco anymore cause there are some works I can not afford to lose, and I am afraid if I open others to s

Just came across some ridiculous bugs in this app on iPad.   My file wouldn't save, giving error code 2. It promted me to try restarting the app to try to recover the file. On restarting the app, the file was there in an older version, without saving my recent changes. But I couldn't open it, with error "Format not supported - the document does not appear to be a valid PSD file."   I can get around this by copying the corrupted file and opening that, but I'm wary to even use this app further if I'm just going to run into these troubles.    I can't even report a bug in the app as it says my email account is not connected in the iPad settings, even though it is!   So a warning that this app may cause you to lose everything you've done. Be wary, make duplicates, and consider using another app until these dealbreaking bugs are fixed. [Renamed by Mod]

i know this has been posted before but im still having problems.    So abobe discontinued the sketch app and made me download fresco. its been saying i need like 3gigs.   has this been resolved in an update or anything ?   thanks   ben [Renamed by Mod]

Fresco is  not allowing me to create a rectangle text box-  when I drag the box down or to the side all it does is enlarge the text written. Or it creates a long text box, not enabling me to fill a paragraph centred on the page? Anyone have any advise! Hope this makes sense!?  [Renamed by Mod]

Hello,I need to have monthly/yearly  usage of all my users that work with adobe fresco but I can't find the exe file to create the rule on my system center. I've done the same with Photoshop and Premiere without any problem and it's working. Does anyone have this issue or any solution for this? thank you. [Renamed by Mod]
