I pay for Creative Cloud for many years and never had this kinds of problem on Desktop but recently I have been using Fresco on iPad mini 6 and I get this annoying red pop-up on the app saying that I dont have storage for it to "sync" on creative cloud but Inchecked and I do have 10gb available.   I just want this pop-up to stop appearing because it takes a lot of screen space and its really annoying. It appears every 5 minutes and I have to wait until it disappears because it blocks the tools on the corners.   Does anybody know what can I do to fix this? Thanks [Renamed by Mod]

I have just stumbled upon fresco - and have been having a play around... I am trying to create some artwork, that I can then take into illustrator to manipulate further. Is it possible to create paths in Fresco rather than brush strokes? [Renamed by Mod]

I can see now we have "My library" in color section.but I think that means that we can import color palette from other program.what if I use fresco only? In that case I still don't have the way that can save my own color palette?Since English is not my mother language, I hope you can understnd what I mean.

I'm crafting an architectureal-ish bit, and can't figure out how to set the measurements to Standard, how to change px to in, how to set the grid spacing (for the scaling,) and how to set the ruler measurements, complete with numbers, (in Standard, and also for the scaling.) I've also searched through many, many comments, to no avail.I'm almost proficient in Illustrator; am I expecting too much from Fresco? Or have I just not found tthe right procedures... I can't change the angle of the rule or shapes to the exact angle where i need it, it goes from 149 to 151, and i need 150. THAT REALLY MESSES UP WITH MY LINES. Also it is super important to have a solid plain square that doesn't have angle twists. Ive been already 3 hours to do something that could have taken half an hour on photoshop. But photoshop for iPad, is well... lets not get in there.  [Renamed by Mod]

Why is it that I don't see the shapes that I created on Adobe Capture in my Adobe Fresco app? It shows shapes from previous projects but the new shapes that I create take long to pop-up in the fresco app. I've been waiting a few days and they still haven't shown up. 

Dear Sir / Madam, We are a school IT techincian. We have brought Creative Cloud All Apps for K-12 - Shared Device License. Student cannot login Adobe Fresco: Painting Studio (v3.9.1) in iPad. Error message: Access denied You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access. We try to login Creative Cloud first and open the Fresco. It is still not work. It's few months from now I'm experiencing troubles with touch gestures while using fresco with the pen.It's seems that pinch and double touch in general (undo, zoom, rotate, move) stop working for minutes as soon as the pen touches the screen.Then it would start workng again to stop as I use the pen.This make working quite impossible!I've tried uninstall and reinstall Fresco. Didn't change anything.The problem is getting worse as time goes by and I've tried everything, including updating every graphic or touch driver on my surface book.Need help!Thanks [Renamed by Mod]

FRUSTRATING: I have been trying to send a file I tweaked a little from fresco (which has a mix of vector and pixel layers) to my desktop. When it imports it merges all my layers together and I can't further edit it on my computer. Help it never used to do this and I can't figure out a workaround! I saw someone say something about an "experimental simplify" setting but I can't change that.  

We would like to install Fresco onto a classroom set of Windows desktops to be used with tablets that we own (that run off the desktop). We know that we can have it downloaded as an app onto the desktop but our problem is that each time a new pupil uses that computer they need to download another copy of the app. Apparently, that will kill our computers pretty quickly! Is there anyway that we can have Fresco installed in a similar way to Adobe/Photoshop etc where we have the programme on the computer and then the pupils save their work to the Cloud? We really want to use Fresco with our Graphic and Design pupils - particularly as we use  the other programmes in the Creative Cloud. Hopefully there is a solution.... I'm not a computing expert ... but can pass any info on to our IT installation guys who are a bit stuck with this at the moment! On behalf of Debs

Ya no me permite exportar los archivos con AirDrop desde ninguno de mis disponisitivos. Antes lo hacía perfectamente , exportaba archivos PSD desde iPad a la Mac  a través de AirDrop , pero ahora dejo de funcionarme podrían ayudarme ? graciaslucia 

Exactly as the title says. I was organizing all my documents so I made a folder. I added all my relevant stuff to the folder. I open a few other documents and now they are above the folder. so to make the folder pop up at the top I renamed it. I closed out of the app and now the folder is empty and I can't find any of the documents i put in the folder. Please help [Renamed by Mod]

Hello! I feel like the color wheel options in Adobe Fresco need to be expanded based on how many different ways artists have of working with colors.   for example, right now there is no way to go "across" the color wheel because the hue selection is on the outer ring. The selection for hue (color) is on the outer ring where the selection for shade/tone/tint (black, gray, white) is in the center. In my opinion, we would have the option to switch these two. The selection for hue is in the center, and tint, tone and shade are on the outer ring. They way fresco is set up now often confuses me because of the way I learned color theory. I know others maybe learned the way the UX was originally set up, but for the team to keep an open mind that color theory is very complex and people need options as they have learned a million different ways.   Thanks for your time! see example below Adobe fresco   color wheel alternative     [Renamed by Mod]

Hi. in Adobe Draw I drew and the lines were corrected automatically, now in Fresco I can't do it and it takes a long time to create a good line, any idea to correct the drawing line??

hi, I'd like to take a library's brush and change it in a rubber, as the same I do it in photoshop.

I made a handwritten font in the app 'Fontself' on my iPad Pro. I imported it as an otf-file in Fresco. Later I changed the font and imported the new one, but I am not able to remove the old one. I red the instructions on this support community but that didn't help. My fonts are not visible in the fonts in my Creative Cloud (only in my personal files). How can I remove the font so that it is not available in fresco anymore?

The Hide Layer and Reveal Layer are not working properly.  When I select Hide Layer and use a brush on the mask, it paints red on the mask and does not hide anything.

I imported some brushes from files downloaded before from adobe webpage. But I canˋt find a way to delete them after testing. What can I do? Also I'm missing the functionality to rename the brush set.

WHY IS FRESCO NOT available for laptops and wacom tables !!!???

Hey all, hope you can help a frustrated artist figure this thingy out! When I produce artwork in fresco and then export it I'm having trouble getting a file size and type that I can use on printify or Etsy. I'd like to attempt to begin selling my work, but this is holding me back! I've tried all of the standard export options and on multiple files that are more or less complex. Halp! Hi All,I'm hoping one of you groovy people have solved the issues I'm struggling with.I've upgraded to the latest driver for my graphics card, AMD Rareon Pro WX 4100.I'm bang up to date with Windows 11 patching.Still seems Fresco is incompatable, cites graphics driver as issue.Is an AMD Rareon Pro WX 4100 card supported?Am I missing a config step?Many thanks.

Hello. I´m new drawing. I would like to know that resolution i should you to draw if i want to print it in a big piece of sheet. I mean, i know i have to use 300 ppp but what about the pixels?For example, I draw using 2100x2100 pixels and 300 ppp. Is that good if i want to print it in a big piece of sheet?

Can I use layers in Fresco the same way I use layers using Illustrator? I want to combine an Illustrator file with a Fresco file to use in After Effects. Can I use both as a combo to create an animation vid with?
