I made a handwritten font in the app 'Fontself' on my iPad Pro. I imported it as an otf-file in Fresco. Later I changed the font and imported the new one, but I am not able to remove the old one. I red the instructions on this support community but that didn't help. My fonts are not visible in the fonts in my Creative Cloud (only in my personal files). How can I remove the font so that it is not available in fresco anymore?

The Hide Layer and Reveal Layer are not working properly.  When I select Hide Layer and use a brush on the mask, it paints red on the mask and does not hide anything.

I imported some brushes from files downloaded before from adobe webpage. But I canˋt find a way to delete them after testing. What can I do? Also I'm missing the functionality to rename the brush set.

WHY IS FRESCO NOT available for laptops and wacom tables !!!???

Hey all, hope you can help a frustrated artist figure this thingy out! When I produce artwork in fresco and then export it I'm having trouble getting a file size and type that I can use on printify or Etsy. I'd like to attempt to begin selling my work, but this is holding me back! I've tried all of the standard export options and on multiple files that are more or less complex. Halp! Hi All,I'm hoping one of you groovy people have solved the issues I'm struggling with.I've upgraded to the latest driver for my graphics card, AMD Rareon Pro WX 4100.I'm bang up to date with Windows 11 patching.Still seems Fresco is incompatable, cites graphics driver as issue.Is an AMD Rareon Pro WX 4100 card supported?Am I missing a config step?Many thanks.

Hello. I´m new drawing. I would like to know that resolution i should you to draw if i want to print it in a big piece of sheet. I mean, i know i have to use 300 ppp but what about the pixels?For example, I draw using 2100x2100 pixels and 300 ppp. Is that good if i want to print it in a big piece of sheet?

Can I use layers in Fresco the same way I use layers using Illustrator? I want to combine an Illustrator file with a Fresco file to use in After Effects. Can I use both as a combo to create an animation vid with?

I just updated to Fresco 4.0.0 during Adobe MAX in the past 2 days (Oct. 18-19, 2022) after seeing exciting demos of the product. I now can no longer get Fresco to launch. It crashes every time I try to open from my CC (full plan, all apps) app - which is also up-to-date. UPDATE: I just uninstalled Fresco 4.0.0 and tried to rollback to the previous version (3.9.0). Now that version no longer launches either and immediately Crashes when I try to Open from CC. Can someone pls help me troubleshoot? I wanted to create some overlays using live watercolor brushes to use for a current project in Ps. Also - Adobe - can some staff person pls check the Win installers on CC to be sure something buggy didn't get posted for Fresco 4.0.0 & 3.9.0. Thx. My system info:  Windows 11 Pro desktop PC. AMD RX 6800 XT. Intel i9 12th gen. 64GB RAM. System is new as of 1-2 mos. ago. Here's a snip of the Error Msg I get each time Fresco crashes since the update a day ago: 

I have tried to export my drawing out of Fresco as a both a jpg. and a png., but when I go to open the downloaded version, it says that the file cannot be opened as the file type is unsupported or the file is corrupted. I am not sure if it is a problem with the computer or a problem with Fresco, but how do I get this to export properly?

As indicated in the header. Is this possible or does it have to be converted to a PSD first?

I got the iPad Pro over the summer and began using this app around then on my personal account.  Since then I have canceled my subscription because my school offers the same package for free.  I signed in on my school account to start transferring projects in and noticed this bug where the images are much smaller than they normally are.  I realize it's not a big deal but like it is just something that annoys me so I thought I'd post it here rather try and get rid of it than keep noticing it.  I've tried just uninstalling and reinstalling and I've searched my settings and here but haven't found an easy fix.  Reference image attached below of what the file looks like now.  Sorry to take up time from more important bugs with this trivial one.

I think the Auto Save feature for files saved to the Adobe Cloud is a great feature! ...except when It's not.Sometimes I need to turn it off for a while or on one cloud file.Because of Fresco's file pixel size limit when i'm working on files for Webtoons (ie file size 800px X89000px) I have to break it up into 8000 px max file size chunks to bring it into Adobe Fresco. That's like 9-11 files that I have to chop up and save to the cloud. I find saving them using the Adobe cloud and transfering them back and forth between PSD and Fresco the best way curently.  That all works except when It takes a bit more time on one part or another during the process and Adobe saves the file before I'm ready and causes me headaces.Can I turn this OFF on certain files or just for an hour and it will turn it's self back on?thanksps you could also try to work with the file sizes that are needed for webtoons to make this easier too   

When i use pixel brush and magic wand to paint areas, i can see white lines between the borders and the color (black in this case. see images). For example, in the first image i can see a very small while lines and if i make zoom, i can see that while lines. Could anyone tell me why this happens?Thanks.

I accidentally created a 75.7 MB file and it’s wrecking havoc. File is does not appear in Adobe CC app on iPad or MacBook, and does not appear in Adobe CC Files in web browser.The large file also can not do the following:rename (can enter new name but does not update)export as PSD (“something went wrong, please try again”)duplicate (“the document could not be duplicated”)make available offline (“the document could not be made available offline”)delete (“the document could not be deleted”)move (displays “document moved” but the file does not move) Files created since the large file do not sync to Adobe CC in any location. They can be deleted, can’t create share links, and can sometimes be opened.

Hi everyone,when I am starting Fresco on my Surface Pro 6 it crashes before I can do something. There is the loading screen and then after a few seconds it crashes without a fail report or something else.Possible reasons? Tobi

How do I export animation from Fresco(preferably with separate layers to use in after effects)? Can't seem to export the animated layers I have created so that they can be played or used in any other software. 

I find the pencil tilt only works in one direction, I think this is a bug. When you angle the Apple Pencil, the pencil line should get thicker like a real pencil does on paper. This only works in Fresco in one direction; I have to rotate the paper 90 degrees to get a thicker line. This isn't how it's supposed to work. It's the angle of the pencil that matters, not the direction of the paper. im using the first generation pencil and a 2nd Gen 12.9 iPad Pro.

Hi I was looking at my gallery in fresco and then suddenly logged out. Even though I am paying a subscription through apple.problem is that I had to sign in with my Adobe ID where I am prompt with payment to Adobe and my entire gallery is gone?What is this? Where is my drawings? How do I retrieve them?There is years of work there. Is Adobe software not to be trusted anymore?My subscription still runs on all my apple units?

I'm trying to remove the white background of a line drawing so I can use paint layers underneath.Using the magic wand would be ideal if I could select all the white areas rather than selecting all the individual sections. It's just not feasible this way.If there an alternative?

With Fresco 1.8, you can use clipping masks like how you use them in Photoshop. When you use a clipping mask, you use the transparency of one layer to control the visibility of another.   To understand Clipping masks better, follow along as we show you how to use the feature in 5 simple steps.      To get started, you need a picture to which you would like to see this effect come to life.     Import your image and apply an image mask: > Import the image onto the canvas and create a selection using the Lasso tool.  > Go to Layer actions and add a layer mask.     >Using Layer actions flatten the mask.      2. Add a new layer and use the Paint Bucket tool to fill it with any color of your choice. This color becomes the background color of the canvas
