O aplicativo não aguenta nem abrir um desenho feito no próprio aplicativo que ele já fecha

I don't remember I logged in before,but today I found out that there's an account with my name but I don't know where is the account come from.I want to change it but I accidentally click "sign out"and now I can't get my  original account back.All my work is gone!What can I do?(I'm Mandarin.)

Bonjour,j'ai récemment téléchargé Adobe Fresco pour récupérer mes illustrations de Adobe Sketch, pas de problème pour retrouver mon compte ou me connecter et j'ai retrouvé la plupart de mes dessins malheureusement il manque un dossier et je n'arrive pas à le retrouver. Je suis persuadée de ne pas l'avoir supprimé et les espaces iCloud et local ne sont pas pleins, est ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée sur l'origine du problème ? ^^*Merci d'avance

Fresco keeps asking for free storage space on my iPad - there's plenty. I love the ap (and subscribe to ADOBE), what can I do? R

A. Ruler snapping make the ruler annoying and useless. Every time I have an angle I need it snaps to the pre set. Or I change my mind and I want to only move it a pinch it frustratingly forces me to move, let it reset and then try again. I just started using an actual ruler. B. all the eraser are bad except one. C. The inks are all bad, I sketch it her and move it to procreate. The pressure sensitivity is off, even when you change it. Always too much or too little. You got pencils that work well. 

Hi Everytime I use Fresco it says that it can't syncronise because my Cloud storage is full. But I have only used 6,7 out of 100 GB. I have tried reinstalling the app but I keep getting the same error message.I have the iPad Pro 2021 12,9" with plenty of storage as well.How do I fix this? ThanksMikkel

Hi I just installed fresco on my school laptop and every time I try to boot it up it gets stuck on loading documents and crashes, fresco works normally on my own computer and none of the other community posts have helped me at all

Starting Fresco shows the initial Fresco screen, then adds a "Loading documents..." message on top. I opened up a painting I've worked on for some time.  Now when I touch my Apple Pencil to the iPad screen there is a double colored halo that radiates out from the point of contact with the screen.  I'm using a GoGo digital brush.  I get the same halos using a water color or vector option.  I would very much like to be rid of these halos / double concentrict circles.  Help!

I was really excited about getting to work with Fresco since I've struggled with painting in other programs on my iPad, but I just realized that every time I use the eye dropper tool, the brush opacity resets to 100%. This makes rendering impossible for me, as the process requires color dropping every couple of seconds and I can't reset the opacity every single time. Just adjusting flow doesn't seem to do enough. Is there no way around this? In that case I will not be able to use this program.

When trying to start Fresco on my windows this massege comes up:" This account does not have required access to a sync storage location. Please sign in with a different account"  - Then the program shuts down. Already tried restarting computer, signing out and in on the creative cloud app. What can I do?  

Hola a todos. Tengo una consulta. Si empiezo a dibujar con una cualquiera a 72 ppp y al terminar el dibujo se me ocurre que la quiero cambiar a una mayor resolución a 300 ppp. ¿Es posible? ¿Afecta esto mi ilustración al haber empezado con 72 ppp?Gracias.

Hello to everyone. I recently decided to start working with the adobe apps but unfortunately my surface pro 2 isn't compatible with fresco. If I bought a trackpad/touchopad would that allow me to download the app and work through the incompatibility ? Thank you for your answers and experiences.

My Ruler in Fresco is "locked" so I cant rotate it. Where is the setting for this?

I have fresco on my iPad but it is taking about 9g of memory and have hardly used it ,  any advice would be great

I was wondering if there was an easy way of changing the colour of your lineart after it's drawn in fresco? I used to use the parent/child layer functions in photoshop. I've tried just holding down the pen to fill the line individually that way but not all my lines connect so it's a bit tedious. Any tips?   [Renamed by Mod]

Hi, I'm a relatively new artist to Fresco and I've really come to love it.  I've used it to create some great pieces, but it seems to have limitations for print.  So far, I have started each drawing at 18x24 300 dpi (the largest option) on Fresco.  Once I'm done painting the piece, I open it in photoshop and change the image size to a larger size (with automatic resample).  I've had success printing those images up to 27x36.  Some are clear, but many are pixelated and have to be printed smaller (although still larger than the original 18x24).  I prefer to use the pixel brushes, although I know that vector brushes are better for upsizing.   My question is, am I approaching this right?  Is this a logical way to be starting a painting intended to print at a larger scale?  I really would like to continue working in Fresco if possible (photoshop is a little overwhelming).  I've found that some brushes upsize better than others, but it's

First question from me. I start to use Procreate one year ago. I recently heard about Fresco and I would like to try it. I'm a graphic designer, typeface designer and illustrator. I use the Adobe apps since there first releases so I am familiar with the Creative Suite. However, I wonder if I can get the Fresco app on my iMac or I have to use it on iPad only. Hard to find the answer. Thanks in advance. 

I used to be able to send my fresco drawing to my desktop illustrator-  it has stopped working and only gets sent to my laptop, or if the laptop is off, it doesn't arrive anywhere, I really need this to work, does anyone have any fixesthanks
