Questions

Something happened and my circle tool, and now it looks like it has been streched out diagonally. I can't get it back to a proper "circle". I have no idea how I got it to look like that in first place. This is only a problem I am having with this file: in my other files, the ruler works just fine. What do I do to fix this? Picture of said ruler: 

I began a piece of work on Fresco iPad. I have used the square tool a a lot for this work. All of a sudden my square tool is no longer square, it is now more rhombus/diamond shaped. No mater what I do i cannot get it to load back as a square. I can open a new or old piece of work and the square is still a square. Is there a way to reset the tool inside an individual piece of work? I have attached an image for reference.

We need Gradient Maps for Adobe Fresco. It is a pity that this feature has not yet existed. Many digital artists continuously used gradient maps for their work, for example Peter Mohrbacher.  There may already be plans for when this feature will be added?😍

I have been playing with Fresco since it's inception and I am still having a problem finding the brushes that I am looking for.   I am surprised that not more users find it an issue so maybe I am missing something and hopefully you can set me straight.Names of brushes in Fresco appear in a drop down menu and the names are usually so long that only the beginnig part of the name is visible and the rest is indicate by a series of dots.  So if I am looking for a specific brush, say "Kyle's drawing box-Oil Paint Pastel Soft Fine Grain" I will only see the beginning part of the name in a long list of brushes that start exactly the same way. The important part of the name, which defines the function of the brush is indicated with dots. So there is no way of identifying the specific brush that you are looking for.  It is hard enough having to plow through the zillion (and wonderful) brushes.  Spending so much time to find the brush you are looking makes for frustration

Hello,I am using Fresco on a Wacom Mobilstudio Pro 13 and Fresco crashes frequently during undo or drawing operations.Drivers have been updated as good we understood.It happens with W10 und W11. Any suggestionsYvette and Harald

My folders imported from Adobe draw and sketch does not seem to have thumbnails displaying previews of files inside, is that intended? Is there a way to change this? Also, my Adobe draw files do not take up the entire canvas, I would like the thumbnail to only contain the relavent portion. Originally the files had the correct thumbnail when imported from Adobe draw but after opening them, it changes to the entire canvas. How would I fix this?

Adobe took away the old very well working app and now I can't work anymore properly. The problem with the smoothing and delay while work still exists and I can't get my brushes right. Please bring back the old apps. It is so bad that I can't work properly anymore.

I do a type of floor plan, aerial view, drawings. So I need the final output/export to show the grid/graph lines. I do this so squares can be counted to find the distance between points instead of cluttering the drawing with dimension lines. This style of drawing is easier for laypeople to read than architectural drawings. To do this, I currently have to close the tool panels and decrease the size of the drawing so that these 3 things (the open-tool-panel arrows, the last tool selected, and the touch-shortcut) aren't over the canvas and then I take a screenshot. Then I have to crop that screenshot to the edges of the actual canvas to get rid of those 3 things before I save it as a final jpg or png to send off or share.It would be great if there were an option (toggle) to check/select in the Guides Pane that would show the grid in the background layer, or in it's own layer that I could put behind all the other layers. That way I could simply use the Quick Export and my graph lines

Is there a ruler on the iPhone version of fresco?

Hi everyone !I create vector illustrations in Fresco App on Ipad. They're composed from clipping mask. Then I import them on Illustrator on my desktop. Everything is ok at this point.The issue come when I select all the imported elements in Illustrator, and copy paste them on an other Illustrator document : since this morning, my clipping masks disappear.Is someone please have an idea ?I update Illustrator and I also try with an old visual, it didn't work anymore.Thanks in advance for your help !(And sorry for my bad english)

I'm trying to find the install location in Windows, so I can tell another application to launch Fresco. I can't seem to find it anywhere, Windows will not let me go to the install location from any menu and search can't find it.    Am I being a bit dim?   David   [Renamed by Mod]

Buenos días, a ver si alguien de la comunidad me puede dar una solución.Tengo cursos de fotomanipulación y de pintura digital, y recientemente hemos unido las clases con Ipad. Uso un Ipad Air de la última generación.Mi problema es que no puedo duplicar o reflejar en la pantalla de mi pc ni Adobe Fresco ni Photoshop.Conectado directamente por cable al pc sin problemas (usb C a usb) o como fuente de vídeo (usb C a HDMI).No tengo problemas con ningún programa de cualquier empresa, ni procreate, ni corel,etc, todos los programas son reflejados y grabados sin problemas pero cuando llego a Fresco o Photoshop no captura las ventanas ni las herramientas, esto no pasa con Illustrator que puedo reflejar sin problema alguno. De esta forma me resulta imposible hacer explicaciones y aclaraciones en directo en clase. Si alguien lo sabe o me pueda orientar le estaría muy agradecido. Sería una lástima que el único programa que no puedo explicar en vivo sea Photoshop y Fresco.Aquí adjunto una

Just signed up for Creative Cloud on iPad Pro. Logged in with new re-set password to use Fresco and everything is gone!there's a lot of work there. I really those files recovered.

I am using the Adobe Fresco app by connecting the LCD tablet to my computer, but the app is strange. Because it is not an iPad, there is no text function, and there is no [behance project] in the export tab. Why? This feature is available on iPad, but why not on PC? When will these features be available? Why are there many features that the PC version cannot do? I use windows 11.

Is there an option to adjust the smoothing for Live Brushes in Fresco, like there is for the pixel and vector brushes?

In Fresco, the basic shapes are now under the ruler on the right down corner. If you click a shape, the basic menu with  FILL - ERASE - MASK - SELECT does not appear anymore. This little menu appears for all the other shapes (from the menu on the left tool bar) but not for the basic ones.Anyone has an idea where to find this little menu for the basic shapes?

Hi, I am batteling issue with Fresco v3.2. The app will crash each time I try to open an existing project after restart. This works fine each time when I reinstall the app. I can work on the painting with no issues. I can switch between projects, but as soon as I close the app or reboot the PC the problem returns.   This looks like some sort of caching issue. If there is a file path where I can delete cache files, I would gladly try that. I have the latest drivers and updates on the system. Already tried simple steps that have been posted here for 100+ users with similar experience. None of it works. System specs:Wacom Mobile Studio pro 13Windows 11Intel® Core™ i7Intel® Iris™ Plus Graphics 65516 GB DDR512 GB SSD (400GB free space)System is optimized for high performane. Please advice.Regards,Peter

Unfortunately I have three Adobe accounts. One for Adobe Sketch, One for a Fresco, to try it out, and one for Behance. I have been using Sketch for a number of years. I intially gave Fresco a try, but didn't initially like it. Recently I have been forced to switch to Fresco as Sketch is nolonger accessible. Unfortunately my Sketch files were not showing up in my Fresco account. In the meantime I added a premium subscription to this account. In oder to access my Sketch files I had to upgrade from within the Sketch account.  When I did this I was able to import my Sketch files into my new Fresco account. Now I would like to add the Premium subscription to this account, but Adobe will not allow me to do so. It says that I already have an account with the Premium subscription.  I canceled the Premium subscription on the old account,but unfortunately I still can not subscribe. I have spent the better part of the past week going back and forth with Adobe help centre and they are ab

I was disappointed not to find this option available to me in the new update. I work on my Surface Book 2 and like to switch between Fresco and Photoshop. Particularly because of the Fresco pencils and the fact tilt still does not work in Photoshop on my device. In Photoshop I make do with the navigator, but was excited to a have a more dedicated option here. I couldn't find anyone else talking about this, though I may have missed something. I am making a post to express interest and hopefully receive official confirmation that this option is not currently available in the desktop version, since I couldn't find any mention of this in the update. 

Hello, I just uninstalled Fresco because of functionality issues. When I reopened it some of the functionality and new features appeared (even tho it said I was up to date before hand). The problem now is that I cannot resize  with gesture and this is untenable. The ruler also will not change directions no matter how hard I try.  I dont have a lot of ram left, that is why I turn everything off, even my browser when I use Fresco. It's always just rather sticky and I have to click and click on things to make menus open. I'm able to use Illustrator, PS, ID, BR, but Fresco just is not happy. I was even working on a small document 800x800 pix and the program is still giving me issues. Look at the screen shot for instance...notice that at the bottom of the window the words cut off...I cant find anyway to see the rest of this drop down...there is no slide on the side. It is very fustrating. I use windows 11 Surface pro. thanks

Hey there,I recently installed Adobe fresco on my windows 10 Computer to have an easier way of working instead of my iPad pro, but the desktop app won't even launch. Right, when I click the app icon it opens up a white window and then instantly goes away. I've provided a  video clip of what's happening as well.I've tried a few things already: Updating/reinstalling drivers, installing the studio version of the Nvidia graphics driver, uninstalling the Adobe Fresco app, following the troubleshooting tips from Adobe itself, and trying to use the older version.My computer is very capable of running the app.My specs are:CPU: Ryzen 9 5950xRAM: 128gb @ 3600mhzGPU: RTX 3090 24gb Thank you!
