My Text keeps switching to these wonky letters.

When i use InDesign, all the letters in my text seem to go all wonky and irregular does anyone know why this might be and how i can fix it?

What are your InDesign and operating system versions?

Does this happen with all fonts or only specific ones?

Did you ever have this issue before or did it start after a software update or something else?
