Search bar function for online published document - Indesign CC

Hi!

I'm working on a corporate Writing style guide. It's an online published document, with no option to download at PDF because we loose control of it. Users can just view it online. It's around 120 pages long, and very content-heavy document.

Is there a way to add a Search function or search bar at the top in every page, where users can type and it shows them where that word is used? Most used words would be something like Punctuation, full stop, colon, semi-colon, and things like this.

After a bit of reading, I found this can be done in PDF, but that won't work for us because we use this as an online document. So need to be a search bar, not a search function as part of Acrobat.

Any tips?

Thanks!

I don't believe it has this function without additional scripting/plugins.

Only option I can think of is that they download the PDF from the Publish online and search the PDF.
