How can I pass all settings / plug-ins etc. from one LrC and PS account to another

Hi there,

I have this well dicussed problem with LrC that it is not opening anymore. I have tried all things discussed in these conversations, unfortunately without any success, LrC still won't open.

I have now openend a new account and there it works perfectly. However, switching between 2 accounts for editing work is a big nuisance and I would like to pass all settings, plug-ins etc. from the old account to the new one. Can anyone help me how I can do that?
