How to Stop Lightroom CC 2017 from Creating Date Subfolders when Importing Images

Currently running Lightroom's latest CC update from the above mentioned date.

I started importing my images into Lightroom using the "Move" option for importing because I want to start renaming my files while moving them from my CF card to my hard drive. However, this importing strategy creates additional subfolders (subfolders are of the date I am importing), within the folder where I told Lightroom to move my folders to.

example: I tell Lightroom to put the photos in the destination of: Project > First Day of Shooting > Captured

I want my photos to be in the "captured" folder.

When Lightroom imports, it creates subfolders of the date I am importing within the "captured" folder in my hard drive.

example: Project > First Day of Shooting > Captured > 2017 > 2017-10-24 > *and here is where the images are moved to

This is annoying! How can I stop this setting so that the photos are moved to the final destination where I tell it to go?

Right-click (control-click) on one of the other panels e.g. File handling, or File renaming and choose to show the Destination panel which is currently hidden.

Choose into one folder in the destination panel and type Captured into the sub folder box.

I do not have this option anywhere to create subfolders.

And in the top right corner is the option where I can set my file destination and there are no options for subfolders either.
